若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

壯獅有時窮乏飢餓、惟尋求主者、福無所缺、

惟聽我者、必安然而居、必享平康、無禍可畏、

卑弱者、貧窮者、遭遇患難、主為保障、護祐之脫離暴雨、庇蔭之免受炎熱、蓋強暴之人、勢如暴雨沖塌墻垣、

主賜糧於敬畏主之人、必永遠記念所立之約、

使我之足疾行如鹿、使我仍然立我崇邱、

主歟、誰可居主之帷幕、誰可居主之聖山、

主之名如鞏固之臺、善人速登、得蒙覆庇、

爾當倚主行善、居於世間、存真養性、

因其敬愛我、我必解救之、因其知我名、我必護庇之、

居於至上主之隱秘處者、即安居於全能主之蔭下、或作居於至上主之隱秘處即安居於全能主之蔭下者此人便為有福我論主云、主為我之避所、我之保障、我之天主、為我所倚賴者、主必救爾免投羅雀者之羅網、免染毒害之瘟疫、必遮護爾如鳥覆雛、使爾在主翼之蔭下、得蒙覆庇、主之誠實乃盾乃甲、使爾不懼黑夜之震驚、白晝之飛箭、亦不懼黑暗之瘟災、日午害人之毒病、雖在爾左有千人仆斃、在爾右有萬人死亡、災病卻不臨及爾身、爾惟眼見此事、必得睹惡人遭報、因我所倚賴之主、即至上之主、爾亦仰望護庇爾、故災患不及爾身、瘟疫不進爾幕、

敬畏主仰望主恩者、主目眷顧之、

主歷世歷代護庇我儕、護庇我儕原文作為我儕之居所

救援貧窮人、脫離苦境、使其子孫如羊群蕃衍、

不饑不渴、炎熱與烈日不之擊、蓋憫之者必導之、引至水泉、

當是日在猶大地、人將謳斯歌曰、我得鞏固之城、主施拯救、護我如城如濠、當啟諸門、使守信之善民入焉、心志堅定者、主必守護、賜以平康、因主是賴、主賜平康、爾當賴主、至於永遠、因耶和華為自有之主、如磐可恃、因耶和華為自有之主如磐可恃或作因主為全能之天主永遠長存、高居之民、主使卑降、鞏固之邑、主使傾頹於地、墮於塵埃、

主天主賜我以力、使我足健、疾趨若鹿、使我得履於崇邱、崇邱原文作我之崇邱○
