若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

他賜糧食給敬畏他的人；他永遠記念自己的約。

他使我的腳像母鹿的蹄，又使我站穩在高處。

耶和華的名是堅固的高臺，義人投奔，就得安全。

你要倚靠耶和華，並要行善；你要住在地上，以信實為糧食。

耶和華說：“因為他戀慕我，我必搭救他；因為他認識我的名，我必保護他。

住在至高者的隱密處的，必在全能者的蔭庇下安居。我要對耶和華說：“你是我的避難所，我的保障，你是我的神，我所倚靠的。”他必救你脫離捕鳥的人的網羅，脫離致命的瘟疫。他必用自己的羽毛遮蓋你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的信實像盾牌，像堅壘。你不必害怕黑夜的驚恐，或是白日的飛箭；也不必害怕黑暗中流行的瘟疫，或是在正午把人毀滅的毒病。雖有千人仆倒在你的左邊，萬人仆倒在你的右邊，但災害必不臨近你。不過你要親眼觀看，看見惡人遭報。你既然把耶和華當作自己的避難所，把至高者當作自己的居所，禍患必不臨到你，災害必不臨近你的帳棚。

耶和華的眼睛看顧敬畏他的人，和那些仰望他慈愛的人；

他卻把貧窮的人安置在高處，免受苦難，使他的家族繁衍，好像羊群。

他們必不飢餓，也不口渴，炎熱和太陽必不傷害他們，因為那憐憫他們的，要引領他們，帶領他們到水泉的旁邊。

到那日，在猶大地必有人唱這歌：“我們有座堅固的城；耶和華把救恩作為城牆和外郭。打開城門吧！好讓公義和信實的國民，可以進入。專心倚靠你的，你必保護他一切平安，因為他倚靠你。你們要倚靠耶和華，直到永遠，因為耶和華是永存的磐石。他使那些驕傲的降卑，使那些高聳的城敗落；把它拆毀，散在地上，變作塵土。

主耶和華是我的力量，他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，在高地上行走。交詩班長，用絲弦的樂器伴奏。
