He will be a spirit of justice to the one who sits in judgment, a source of strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.

He will help those who are fair when they judge. He will give strength to those who turn back their enemies at the city gate.

等到圣灵从上面浇灌我们的时候，旷野要变为沃野，沃野上庄稼茂密如林。那时，公平必充满旷野，公义必遍布沃野。

耶和华的灵必住在他身上，使他有聪明和智慧、谋略和能力，能认识并敬畏耶和华。他必以敬畏耶和华为乐。他不凭眼见施行审判，不凭耳闻断定是非，而是按公义审判贫穷人，以公正为受苦者断案。他必用口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

以色列人听见王这样断案，都敬畏他，因为他们知道他有上帝所赐的智慧，可以秉公执法。

耶稣继续说：“我凭自己不能做什么，我按父上帝的旨意审判，我的审判是公平的；因为我不是按自己的旨意行，而是按差我来者的旨意行。

我再次吩咐你，要刚强勇敢！不要害怕，也不要灰心，因为你无论走到哪里，你的上帝耶和华必与你同在。”

是上帝赐我力量，使我行为纯全。祂使我的脚如母鹿的蹄，稳踏在高处。祂训练我，使我的手能争战、我的臂膀能拉开铜弓。

这人从圣灵领受智言，那人从圣灵领受知识；

王坐在宝座上审判，他的眼目明察罪恶。

法老对臣仆说：“我们哪里找像这样有上帝的灵同在的人呢？”法老对约瑟说：“上帝既然把梦的意思指示给你，可见没人有你这样的见识和智慧。

上帝啊，求你将你的公正赐给王，将你的公义赐给王的儿子。让他凭公义审判你的子民，按公平对待那些贫苦的人。愿大山给百姓带来繁荣，小山带来公义。愿他保护百姓中受苦的人，拯救贫穷的人，打倒欺压者。

“耶和华啊，你是赐人生命的上帝，求你立一个人做会众的首领，带领他们或进或退，免得你的会众像没有牧人的羊群。”耶和华对摩西说：“嫩的儿子约书亚心里有圣灵，你把他召来，按手在他身上，

耶和华对摩西说：“你给我招聚七十个以色列人的长老——你所了解的首领，把他们带到会幕，让他们站在你身边。我要在那里降临，对你说话，把降在你身上的灵也赐给他们，让他们为你分担管理民众的责任，免得你独自承担。

上帝所差来的，说的是上帝的话，因为上帝将圣灵无限量地赐给祂。

因为你们的上帝耶和华要与你们同去，为你们争战，使你们得胜。’

上帝是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们患难中随时的帮助。

那与他同在的只是血肉之躯，与我们同在的却是我们的上帝耶和华，祂必帮助我们，为我们作战。”众人因犹大王希西迦的这番话而得到鼓舞。

万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。
