你是貧窮人的避難所，是困苦之人患難中的避難所，你是避風港，是酷暑中的陰涼處。殘暴之徒的氣息好像吹襲牆垣的暴風，

因为当强暴人催逼人的时候，如同暴风直吹墙壁，你就作贫穷人的保障，作困乏人急难中的保障，作躲暴风之处，作避炎热的阴凉。

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

因为你是贫寒人的保障，贫穷人急难中的保障，暴风雨之避难所，炎热地之阴凉处。当残暴者盛气凌人的时候，如暴风直吹墙壁，

你是贫穷人的避难所，是困苦之人患难中的避难所，你是避风港，是酷暑中的阴凉处。残暴之徒的气息好像吹袭墙垣的暴风，

你作了困乏人的保障、贫穷人急难中的保障、躲暴风雨的避难所、避炎热的阴凉处；因为强暴者所吹的气，如同直吹墙壁的暴风。

你是贫弱者的保障，是贫穷人在危难中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避难所，是遮挡炎热的荫庇；因为强横者的鼻息好像暴雨击打墙壁。

因為當強暴人催逼人的時候，如同暴風直吹牆壁，你就作貧窮人的保障，作困乏人急難中的保障，作躲暴風之處，作避炎熱的陰涼。

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

你作了困乏人的保障、貧窮人急難中的保障、躲暴風雨的避難所、避炎熱的陰涼處；因為強暴者所吹的氣，如同直吹牆壁的暴風。

因為你作了貧寒人的保障，窮苦人急難中的保障，可躲暴風雨的避難處，可避炎熱的陰涼地：因為強橫人噓的氣、好像冬天的暴風雨，

你是貧弱者的保障，是貧窮人在危難中的保障；是躲避暴雨的避難所，是遮擋炎熱的蔭庇；因為強橫者的鼻息好像暴雨擊打牆壁。

在強者肆行殘暴、如狂風衝突牆垣之時、爾為貧窮者之堅城、困乏者難中之保障、狂風中為避所、炎熱時為蔭庇、

強暴之人、若風撼墻、窮民遭難、爾扞衛之、颶風狂飆、爾扶翼之、烈日炎熇、爾庇蔭之、

卑弱者、貧窮者、遭遇患難、主為保障、護祐之脫離暴雨、庇蔭之免受炎熱、蓋強暴之人、勢如暴雨沖塌墻垣、

You have been a refuge for the poor, a refuge for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat. For the breath of the ruthless is like a storm driving against a wall

Poor people have come to you for safety. You have kept needy people safe when they were in trouble. You have been a place to hide when storms came. You have been a shade from the heat of the sun. Evil people attack us. They are like a storm beating against a wall.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,

But you are a tower of refuge to the poor, O Lord, a tower of refuge to the needy in distress. You are a refuge from the storm and a shelter from the heat. For the oppressive acts of ruthless people are like a storm beating against a wall,

For you have been a stronghold for the poor person, a stronghold for the needy in his distress, a refuge from storms and a shade from heat. When the breath of the violent is like a storm against a wall,

For You have been a stronghold for the helpless, A stronghold for the poor in his distress, A refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; For the breath of the ruthless Is like a rain storm against a wall.

For You have been a strength to the poor, A strength to the needy in his distress, A refuge from the storm, A shade from the heat; For the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For thou hast been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For You have been a stronghold for the poor, a stronghold for the needy person in his distress, a refuge from the rain, a shade from the heat. When the breath of the violent is like rain against a wall,

For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones[ is] as a storm[ against] the wall.

For you are a protector for the poor, a protector for the needy in their distress, a shelter from the rainstorm, a shade from the heat. Though the breath of tyrants is like a winter rainstorm,

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

我必把謙卑貧苦的人留在你那裡，他們必投靠在我耶和華的名下。

每人都像躲避狂風暴雨的庇護所，如荒漠中的溪流，又似乾旱之地遮蔭的大磐石。

任由風吹雨打、洪水沖擊，房子仍屹立不倒，因為它建基在磐石上。凡聽了我這些話不去行的，就像愚昧人把房子建在沙土上。遇到風吹雨打、洪水沖擊，房子就倒塌了，而且倒塌得很厲害。」

但耶和華說：「勇士擄去的必被奪回，暴君搶去的必被救出。我必與你的敵人爭戰，拯救你的兒女。

我親愛的弟兄姊妹，請聽我說，上帝不是揀選了窮人，使他們在信心上富足，並承受祂應許賜給那些愛祂之人的國度嗎？

該怎樣回覆外國的使者呢？要告訴他們：「耶和華建立了錫安，祂困苦的子民必得到保護。」

一切都是我親手創造的。這是耶和華說的。我看顧謙卑、悔過、對我的話心存敬畏的人。

但祂搭救貧苦的人脫離苦難，使他們家族興旺，多如羊群。

耶和華必在日間用煙雲遮蔽整個錫安山和那裡的會眾，在夜間用火光照亮他們。祂的榮耀必遮蓋一切，是白日避暑的亭子，是躲避狂風暴雨的避難所和藏身處。

除非它們尋求我的庇護，與我和好，與我和好。」

但你的眾仇敵必像纖細的塵埃一樣消散，眾多的殘暴之徒必如被風颳去的糠秕。突然，刹那之間，

卑微的人必因耶和華而歡喜，貧窮的人必因以色列的聖者而快樂。

我的子民必住在平安之地、安穩之處、平靜之所。但冰雹必掃平森林，蕩平城邑。

我從心底發出讚歎：耶和華啊，誰能像你？你拯救弱者免受欺壓，拯救窮人免遭掠奪。

他憐憫軟弱和貧困的人，拯救貧困人的性命。

我持守你的法度，耶和華啊，求你不要使我蒙羞。

而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。

上帝拯救窮苦人脫離惡人的中傷，脫離殘暴之徒的轄制，好使貧寒之人有盼望，使不義之徒啞口無言。

於是，耶和華的天使到亞述營中殺了十八萬五千人。人們清早起來，發現到處是屍體。

以色列人啊，你們忘記了拯救你們的上帝，不記得那保護你們的磐石。所以，你們雖然栽種佳美的秧子，插上遠方運來的樹苗，

耶和華說：「我要保護受欺壓的困苦人和哀歎的貧窮人，使他們如願以償。」

耶和華啊，求你施恩給我們，我們等候你。求你每天早晨都作我們的力量，在艱難的時候拯救我們。

願他保護百姓中受苦的人，拯救貧窮的人，打倒欺壓者。

才可以住在高處。他們的堡壘是堅固的磐石，他們必不會絕糧斷水。

所以，你要警告那些粉刷白灰的人，說，『牆必倒塌，暴雨要來臨，冰雹勢必降下，狂風也必大作。』牆倒塌之後，一定會有人問，『你們粉飾的白灰在哪裡呢？』主耶和華說，『我必在烈怒中用狂風暴雨和冰雹來摧毀這牆，

對他說：「希西迦說，『今日是遭難、蒙羞、受辱的日子，就像嬰兒要出生，產婦卻無力生產一樣。亞述王派他的元帥來辱罵永活的上帝，也許你的上帝耶和華聽見那些話，就懲罰他。請你為我們這些剩下的人禱告。』」
