萬有之主曰、其日將至、勢若爇爐、凡驕傲者、作惡者、有如草芥、其日盡燬、根本枝條、無所存留、

彼曰、此載咒詛咒詛或作降災之詞、遍行天下、凡盜竊者、必循卷此面之言被除、凡妄誓者、必循卷彼面之言被除、凡盜竊者必循卷此面之言被除凡妄誓者必循卷彼面之言被除或作凡盜竊者必循此卷見除於此凡妄誓者必循此卷見除於彼萬有之主曰、我出斯卷、使入盜竊者之家、又入指我名而妄誓者之家、居處其家、滅彼及其木石、

彼將使為父者心慈其子、為子者心孝其父、免我涖臨、行殲滅於地、

引至永生、其門窄、其路狹、得之者少、○

以賽亞指以色列人呼云、以色列眾子、雖如海沙、而得救者惟餘數耳、

有權勢者必如麻縷、彼所造者必如火星、二者同遭焚燬、無人撲滅、

主爾天主所許爾之福、既俱臨爾、主亦能使諸禍臨爾、滅爾於主爾天主所賜爾之美地、如爾背主爾天主所命之約、事奉叩拜異邦之神、異邦之神或作他神則主必向爾震怒、使爾速亡於所賜爾之美地、

又自其中當取少許、包之於衣襟、

爾曹初如天星之眾多、以爾不聽從主爾天主之命、故所遺者無幾、

誰使雅各遭攘奪、誰付以色列於刼掠者、豈非主乎、因我儕獲罪於主、不欲行主道、不聽從主之律法、故主以烈怒傾洩其上、使遇爭戰兇暴之事、火焚四周、火焚四周或作四周烈怒炎炎如火而猶不知、燬及其身、仍不以為念、

爾後世子孫、及遠來之客旅、見此地之禍、暨主所降之災、硫磺與鹽、鹽或作硝焚燬徧地、不得耕種、不產物、不生草、如所多瑪、俄摩拉、押瑪、洗扁、主震怒時所傾覆者、彼與列邦人皆必問曰、主何為如此待此地、其怒若是之烈何故、人必對曰、緣斯民列祖之主天主、昔導之出伊及、與之立約而民背之、往奉事叩拜異邦之神、即素所不識之神、主未嘗命彼奉事者、故主震怒斯地、以此書所載之諸禍禍或作詛降之、大震其怒、氣忿甚烈、以斯民由其地拔除、投棄於異邦、有如今日之事、

我今日明告爾、爾必滅亡、今將渡約但以得地為業、必不能永久在彼、我今日呼天地為證、我以生命死亡、福與禍福與禍或作福祉咒詛置於爾前、爾當選生命、俾爾及爾子孫、俱可得生、

萬有之主曰、如爾不聽、心不思維、心不思維或作不置於心下同以榮歸於我名、我必降災於爾、我必降災於爾或作我必使爾被咒詛使爾福變為禍、使爾福變為禍或作使爾曹不蒙福反被咒詛我已降災於爾、降災於爾或作使爾被咒詛因爾心不思維、

主之日至、如盜乘夜而來、當時天大震響而逝、體質被烈火銷鎔、地與地上造作之物皆被焚燬、

爾曹通國之民被咒詛、乃因欺我故、

我必使野獸入爾境、吞爾子女、噬爾牲畜、使爾人數寡少、致道路荒涼、

主必散爾在列邦、在主使爾至之列國、所餘者無幾、

如爾不聽從主爾天主之言、不謹守遵行其一切誡命律例、即我今日所諭爾者、則必負詛、此諸禍必降於爾、臨及爾身、在邑受禍、受禍或作負詛下同在田受禍、爾筐與摶麵之器受禍、身之所生、土之所產、畜之所出、牛群羊群受禍、

眾民對曰、其血歸我及我子孫、
