Whoever flees at the sound of terror will fall into a pit; whoever climbs out of the pit will be caught in a snare. The floodgates of the heavens are opened, the foundations of the earth shake.

Anyone who runs away from the terror will fall into the pit. Anyone who climbs out of the pit will be caught in the trap. The Lord will open the windows of the skies. He will flood the land. The foundations of the earth will shake.

He who flees at the sound of the terror shall fall into the pit, and he who climbs out of the pit shall be caught in the snare. For the windows of heaven are opened, and the foundations of the earth tremble.

Those who flee in terror will fall into a trap, and those who escape the trap will be caught in a snare. Destruction falls like rain from the heavens; the foundations of the earth shake.

祂一发怒，大地震动，山的根基摇晃。

挪亚六百岁那年的二月十七日，所有深渊的泉源都裂开了，天上的水闸也打开了，

耶和华使亚摩利联军阵脚大乱，以色列人就在基遍大败敌军，在去伯·和仑的上坡路上追杀他们，一直追到亚西加和玛基大。敌人在从伯·和仑到亚西加的下坡路上逃窜的时候，耶和华降下大冰雹，被冰雹砸死的人比以色列人用刀杀死的还要多。

你们的光景将好像人逃避狮子，却遇上了熊，逃回家里，手扶墙壁，又被蛇咬。

因此，任大地震动，群山沉入深海；任海涛汹涌澎湃，群山摇撼颤抖，我们也不惧怕。（细拉）

他躲过了铁刃，却被铜箭射穿。

耶和华啊，你斥责一声，鼻孔一吹气，海底就显现，大地也露出根基。

他自陷网罗，步入圈套。套索缠住他的脚跟，网罗紧紧地罩住他。土里埋着绊他的绳索，路上有陷阱等待着他。恐惧四面笼罩着他，步步紧追着他。他饿得气力衰竭，灾祸随时临到他。疾病侵蚀他的皮肉，死亡吞噬他的肢体。他被拖出安稳的帐篷，被押到冥王那里。他的帐篷燃烧着烈焰，他的居所撒满了硫磺。他下面的根茎枯干，上面的枝子枯萎。

一个搀扶王的将领对上帝的仆人说：“即使耶和华打开天上的窗户，也不可能发生这样的事！”以利沙说：“你必亲眼看见，却吃不到。”

以色列人和亚兰人两军对峙，一连七天。第七天，两军交战，以色列军一天杀了十万亚兰步兵，残余的亚兰人都逃进亚弗城，但城墙倒塌压死了两万七千人。便·哈达也逃进城，躲在一间房子的内室里。

我的怒火已经点燃，要烧到阴间的尽头，吞灭大地及其出产，甚至烧毁山的根基。“‘我要使灾祸连连临到他们，我的箭都射向他们。他们必饱受饥荒之苦，被瘟疫和灾祸吞噬，被猛兽和毒蛇袭击。外有刀剑杀戮，内有恐惧笼罩，少男、少女、婴儿、老人无一幸免。我本要消灭他们，使世人忘记他们；

耶和华从天上把燃烧的硫磺降在所多玛和蛾摩拉两地，
