當那日，我必為我的百姓，與野地的走獸、天空的飛鳥和地上爬行的動物立約；又要在國中折斷弓和刀，止息戰爭，使他們安然躺臥。

野狼必與小綿羊同住，豹子與小山羊同臥；少壯獅子、牛犢和肥畜同羣；孩童要牽引牠們。牛必與熊同食，牛犢與小熊同臥；獅子與牛一樣吃草。吃奶的嬰孩在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，斷奶的幼兒必按手在毒蛇的穴上。在我聖山各處，牠們都不傷人，不害物；因為認識耶和華的知識要遍滿全地，好像水充滿海洋一般。

他的政權與平安必加增無窮。他必在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平公義使國堅定穩固，從今直到永遠。萬軍之耶和華的熱心必成就這事。

要將犁頭打成刀劍，鐮刀打成戈矛；弱者要說：「我是勇士。」

我的百姓要住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，寧靜的安歇之地。

我要賞賜金子代替銅，賞賜銀子代替鐵，銅代替木頭，鐵代替石頭。我要以和平為你的官長，以公義為你的監督。你的地不再聽聞殘暴的事，境內不再聽見破壞與毀滅。你必稱你的牆為「拯救」，稱你的門為「讚美」。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧寒人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人，以口中的棍擊打全地，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

他止息戰爭，直到地極；他折弓、斷槍，把戰車焚燒在火中。

上帝啊，求你起來審判全地，因為你必得萬國為業。

他要審判列國，屍首就佈滿各處；他要痛擊遍地的領袖。

與耶和華相爭的，必被打碎；他必從天上打雷攻擊他們。耶和華審判地極的人，將力量賜給所立的王，高舉受膏者的角。」

他來的時候，要為罪、為義，為審判，指證世人；為罪，是因他們不信我；為義，是因我到父那裏去，你們將不再見到我；為審判，是因這世界的統治者已受了審判。

後來我看見天開了。有一匹白馬，騎在馬上的稱為「誠信」、「真實」，他審判和爭戰都憑着公義。

因為他已經定了日子，要藉着他所設立的人按公義審判天下，並且使他從死人中復活，給萬人作可信的憑據。」

大山小山都要因公義使百姓得享平安。他必為百姓中困苦的人伸冤，拯救貧窮之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的人。太陽還存，月亮猶在，人要敬畏你，直到萬代！他必降臨，像雨降在已割的草地上，如甘霖滋潤田地。在他的日子，公義要興旺，大有平安，除非月亮不在。

戰士在戰亂中所穿的靴子，以及那滾在血中的衣服，都必當作柴火燃燒。
