Many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

將有多國之民往之、彼此語曰、我儕不如登主之山、赴雅各天主之殿、望彼以其道教導我、使我履其途、蓋律法必自郇而出、主之言必從耶路撒冷而發、

People from many nations will go there. They will say,“ Come. Let us go up to the Lord’ s mountain. Let’s go to the temple of Jacob’s God. He will teach us how we should live. Then we will live the way he wants us to.” The law of the Lord will be taught at Zion. His message will go out from Jerusalem.

And many peoples shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Jehovah from Jerusalem.

many peoples will come and say,“ Come, let us go up to the LORD’s mountain, to the temple of the God of Jacob, so he can teach us his requirements, and we can follow his standards.” For Zion will be the center for moral instruction; the LORD will issue edicts from Jerusalem.

Many peoples shall go and say,“ Come, let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For the law shall go out of Zion, and Yahweh’s word from Jerusalem.

and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

“ In those days, at that time,” declares the Lord,“ the people of Israel and the people of Judah together will go in tears to seek the Lord their God.They will ask the way to Zion and turn their faces toward it. They will come and bind themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come,and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say,‘ Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’”

But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it— not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it— they will be blessed in what they do.

Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own.

“ Listen to me, my people; hear me, my nation: Instruction will go out from me; my justice will become a light to the nations.My righteousness draws near speedily, my salvation is on the way, and my arm will bring justice to the nations. The islands will look to me and wait in hope for my arm.

Good and upright is the Lord; therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.

These are the commands, decrees and laws the Lord your God directed me to teach you to observe in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,

There will be a day when watchmen cry out on the hills of Ephraim,‘ Come, let us go up to Zion, to the Lord our God.’”

Then Paul and Barnabas answered them boldly:“ We had to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles.For this is what the Lord has commanded us:“‘ I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”When the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and honored the word of the Lord; and all who were appointed for eternal life believed.

The Lord will extend your mighty scepter from Zion, saying,“ Rule in the midst of your enemies!”

But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did:“ Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”

He replied,“ Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

So I sent for you immediately, and it was good of you to come. Now we are all here in the presence of God to listen to everything the Lord has commanded you to tell us.”

“ Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
