因為萬軍之耶和華已定了日子，要懲罰一切驕傲狂妄和自高自大的人，使他們淪為卑賤；

必有万军耶和华降罚的一个日子，要临到骄傲狂妄的；一切自高的都必降为卑；

因万军之耶和华的一个日子要临到所有骄傲狂妄的，临到一切自高的，使他们降为卑；

因万军之耶和华的一个日子要临到所有骄傲狂妄的，临到一切自高的，使他们降为卑；

因为万军之耶和华已定了日子，要惩罚一切骄傲狂妄和自高自大的人，使他们沦为卑贱；

因为万军之耶和华必有一日，要攻击一切骄傲的、狂妄的，和所有高抬自己的，他们都要降卑。

因为必有万军之耶和华的一个日子，临到所有傲慢高傲的和所有自高的，使他们成为卑贱；

必有萬軍耶和華降罰的一個日子，要臨到驕傲狂妄的；一切自高的都必降為卑；

因萬軍之耶和華的一個日子要臨到所有驕傲狂妄的，臨到一切自高的，使他們降為卑；

因萬軍之耶和華的一個日子要臨到所有驕傲狂妄的，臨到一切自高的，使他們降為卑；

因為萬軍之耶和華必有一日，要攻擊一切驕傲的、狂妄的，和所有高抬自己的，他們都要降卑。

因為萬軍之永恆主必有一日要攻擊一切驕矜高傲的，一切自抬自高的；

因為必有萬軍之耶和華的一個日子，臨到所有傲慢高傲的和所有自高的，使他們成為卑賤；

蓋萬軍之耶和華、將有一日臨及驕矜者、狂傲者、自高者、降之為卑、

時日將至、萬有之主耶和華、必折驕矜者之氣、使自高者降而為卑。

時日將至、萬有之主必懲諸驕矜者、狂傲者、妄自尊大者、使之卑降、

The Lord Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted( and they will be humbled),

The Lord who rules over all has set apart a day when he will judge. He has set it apart for all those who are proud and think they are important. He has set it apart for all those who brag about themselves. All of them will be brought low.

For the Lord of hosts has a day against all that is proud and lofty, against all that is lifted up— and it shall be brought low;

For the Lord of Heaven’s Armies has a day of reckoning. He will punish the proud and mighty and bring down everything that is exalted.

For a day belonging to the LORD of Armies is coming against all that is proud and lofty, against all that is lifted up— it will be humbled—

For the Lord of armies will have a day of reckoning Against everyone who is arrogant and haughty, And against everyone who is lifted up, That he may be brought low.

For the day of the Lord of hosts Shall come upon everything proud and lofty, Upon everything lifted up— And it shall be brought low—

For there shall be a day of Jehovah of hosts upon all that is proud and haughty, and upon all that is lifted up; and it shall be brought low;

For a day belonging to the Lord of Hosts is coming against all that is proud and lofty, against all that is lifted up— it will be humbled—

For the day of the LORD of hosts[ shall be] upon every[ one that is] proud and lofty, and upon every[ one that is] lifted up; and he shall be brought low:

Indeed, the LORD who commands armies has planned a day of judgment, for all the high and mighty, for all who are proud– they will be humiliated;

For there will be a day of Yahweh of Armies for all that is proud and arrogant, and for all that is lifted up; and it shall be brought low:

「萬軍之耶和華說，『那日要來臨了，就像燒紅的火爐，所有狂妄自大、作惡多端的人都要像碎稭一樣被火燒盡，連根帶枝，蕩然無存。

沒有上去堵住缺口，也沒有重建以色列的圍牆，使以色列在耶和華的日子來臨時的爭戰中堅立。

但他變得心高氣傲、剛愎自用、狂妄自大，因而被革除王位、剝去尊榮。他從人群中被趕走，他的心變成獸心，他與野驢同住，像牛一樣吃草，被天上的露水浸濕，直到他知道至高的上帝主宰世上萬國，祂要把國賜給誰就賜給誰。「伯沙撒啊，你是他的後裔，你雖然知道這一切事，仍不謙卑，竟在天上的主面前自大，命人拿來祂殿裡的器皿，供你和大臣、王后、妃嬪用來飲酒，並頌讚不能看、不能聽、一無所知、用金、銀、銅、鐵、木、石所造的神明，卻不尊崇賜你生命氣息、掌管你一舉一動的上帝。「因此，上帝使指頭出現，寫下這些字，

「看啊，在耶和華那偉大而可畏的日子來臨以前，我必差遣以利亞先知到你們那裡。

盼望耶和華的日子到來的人有禍了！你們為什麼盼望耶和華的日子呢？那日將帶來黑暗，而非光明。

發洩你滿腔的怒火，鑒察驕傲者，貶抑他；鑒察驕傲者，制伏他，將惡人原地踐踏；

耶和華厭惡心驕氣傲者，他們必逃不過祂的責罰。

哀號吧！耶和華的日子近了，全能者施行毀滅的時候到了。

但上帝賜給我們更大的恩典，所以聖經上說：「上帝阻擋驕傲的人，恩待謙卑的人。」

耶和華所憎惡的事有六樣，連祂厭惡的事共有七樣：高傲的眼睛，撒謊的舌頭，殺害無辜的手，

你們要把這人交給撒旦去毀壞他的肉體，好使這人的靈魂在主耶穌再來的日子可以得救。

現在我尼布甲尼撒頌讚、尊崇、敬奉天上的王，因為祂的作為公正，祂行事公平，能夠貶抑行為驕傲的人。」

是萬軍之耶和華定的，為要摧毀因榮耀而生的驕傲，羞辱世上的尊貴者。

看啊，耶和華的日子來臨了，是充滿憤恨和烈怒的殘酷之日，要使大地荒涼，毀滅地上的罪人。

自高的人必遭貶抑，謙卑的人必得尊榮。

到那日，耶和華必在天上懲罰天上的眾權能者，在地上懲罰地上的君王。

大地必衰殘枯乾，世界必衰敗荒涼，世上的權貴也必敗落。

因為自高的人必遭貶抑，謙卑的人必得尊榮。」

因為你們已經清楚知道，將來有一天，主會突然來到，像賊在夜裡忽然出現一樣。

因為這是主——萬軍之耶和華向敵人報仇的日子。刀劍必吞噬他們，痛飲他們的血，因為要在北方的幼發拉底河邊向主——萬軍之耶和華獻祭。
