地上的君王、大官、千夫長、富戶、壯士、和一切為奴的、自主的、都藏在洞窟和山上的磐石裏；向山和磐石說：『倒在我們身上吧，把我們藏起來，好躲避坐寶座者的面目和羔羊的義怒哦。』

金光出於北方；上帝有可畏懼的尊威。全能者、我們查不出：他能力至大，他有公平，又滿有正義；不苦害人。故此人敬畏他；凡心裏自以為有智慧的人他都不看在眼裏。』

我要指示你們應當怕誰：你們要怕那把你們殺了以後、又有權柄把你們丟在地獄裏的；實在的、我告訴你們，你們要怕這一位。

此唱彼和着說：『聖哉，聖哉，聖哉，萬軍之永恆主！他的榮光充滿着全地。』由於唱和者的聲音，門檻的根基都震動了，殿也充滿着煙霧。我說：『我有禍啦！我完啦！因為我是個嘴脣不潔淨的人，又住在嘴脣不潔淨的人民中，因為我親眼看見了大君王、萬軍之永恆主。』

但這人民卻被掠劫被搶掠；他們都被機檻捉住於洞穴中，被藏沒於監牢裏；他們做被掠物，而無人援救；做被擄者，而無人說『要交還！』

因為上帝降的災難使我恐懼，他的尊嚴我當不起。

這兩種人當主來的時候必擔受刑罰、永世的死滅、跟主的面和他有力量的榮耀分離。當那日子他必在聖徒身上得榮耀，也必在一切信眾身上被讚為希奇；因為我們對你們所作的見證、真地已蒙你們相信了。

他們從人羣中被趕出，人追喊他們、如追賊一樣；以致他們必須住在谿谷的小澗，土或石頭的窟窿中；

他們直唱着上帝僕人摩西的歌和羔羊的歌，說：『主上帝，全能者啊，你的作為大哉！奇哉！萬世之王啊，你的道路公義啊！真實啊！主啊，誰敢不敬畏你，不榮耀你的名呢？惟獨你是聖義的，萬國都必來、在你面前下拜，因為你公義的作為顯明出來了。』

當察罰的日子、有風暴從遠方趕來，你們要怎樣行呢？你們要向誰逃奔去得救助呢？你們的財寶要撇在哪裏呢？

永恆主起來、使地戰抖時候，人必進入巖洞，進入土穴，去躲避永恆主之可畏懼、和他威嚴之榮光。當那日子、人必將他們為自己所造去敬拜的銀偶相金偶相拋給挖窩的田鼠和蝙蝠，以便永恆主起來使地戰抖時人好進巖隙，入巖罅，去躲避永恆主之可畏懼、和他威嚴之榮光。

以色列人又行了永恆主所看為壞的事；永恆主就把他們交在米甸人手中七年。米甸人的手壓制以色列人；以色列人為了要躲避米甸人、就為自己造山中的穴、造洞和山寨。

伯亞文的邱壇必被毁壞，以色列罪惡之淵藪必遭破毁；荊條和蒺藜必長起在他們的祭壇上。他們必對大山說：「遮蓋我們哦！」必對小山說：「倒在我們身上哦！」

惟獨永恆主才是真上帝；他是永活的上帝，是永遠的王：他一發怒，大地都震動；他一生氣，列國都抵受不住。

誰曉得你怒氣之權勢，誰看明你震怒之威力呢？

萬國的王啊，誰不敬畏你呢？敬畏你很合宜；因為在列國所有的智慧人當中，在他們一切王權的尊榮中，也沒有誰能比得上你。

那時人必對山說起話來說：「倒在我們身上吧！」必對小山說：「遮蓋我們吧！」
