耶和华显明了他的救恩，在列国眼前显出公义；记念他对以色列家的慈爱和信实。地的四极都看见我们上帝的救恩。

你向上帝许愿，还愿不可迟延，因他不喜欢愚昧人，你许的愿应当偿还。

你们作为活石，要被建造成属灵的殿，成为圣洁的祭司，藉着耶稣基督献上蒙上帝悦纳的属灵祭物。

耶和华—我们的上帝啊，现在求你救我们脱离亚述王的手，使地上万国都知道惟有你是耶和华。”

好让全地得知你的道路，万国得知你的救恩。

但从前不认识上帝的时候，你们是给那些本来不是上帝的神明作奴隶；现在你们既然认识上帝，更可说是被上帝所认识的，怎么还要转回那懦弱无用的粗浅学说，情愿再给它们作奴隶呢？

今日耶和华必将你交在我手里。我必杀你，砍下你的头，今日我要把非利士军兵的尸体给空中的飞鸟和地上的野兽，使全地的人都知道以色列中有上帝，

认识你—独一的真神，并且认识你所差来的耶稣基督，这就是永生。

那些向我祈求的，我所分散的子民，必从古实河的那一边，献供物给我。

不过，你们是被拣选的一族，是君尊的祭司，是神圣的国度，是属上帝的子民，要使你们宣扬那召你们出黑暗入奇妙光明者的美德。

看哪，你要召集素不认识的国民，素不认识的国民要奔向你；这都因耶和华—你的上帝，因以色列的圣者已经荣耀了你。
