过了许多年，埃及王死了。以色列人因做苦工，就叹息哀求；他们因苦工所发出的哀声达于上帝。

等候福乐的盼望，并等候至大的上帝和我们的救主耶稣基督的荣耀显现。

但耶和华如此说：“就是勇士所掳掠的，也可以夺回；残暴者所抢的，也可以得解救。与你相争的，我必与他相争，我也要拯救你的儿女。我必使那欺压你的吃自己的肉，饮自己的血，如喝甜酒喝醉一样。凡有血肉之躯的都必知道我—耶和华是你的救主，是你的救赎主，是雅各的大能者。”

我的百姓既是白白地被掳，如今我在这里做什么呢？这是耶和华说的。辖制他们的人欢呼，我的名终日不断受亵渎，这是耶和华说的。

而是为你我之间和后代子孙之间作证据，好使我们也在耶和华面前献我们的燔祭、平安祭和别样的祭来事奉他，免得你们的子孙将来对我们的子孙说，你们在耶和华里无份。’所以我们说：‘将来他们若对我们，或对我们的子孙这样说，我们就可以回答说：你们看，我们列祖所筑的坛是耶和华坛的样式，这并不是为献燔祭，也不是为献别样的祭，而是作为你们和我们之间的证据。’

并要在患难之日求告我，我必搭救你，你也要荣耀我。”

你们要近前来说明，让他们彼此商议。谁从古时指明这事？谁从上古述说它？不是我—耶和华吗？除了我以外，再没有上帝；我是公义的上帝，又是救主；除了我以外，再没有别的了。“地的四极都当转向我，就必得救；因为我是上帝，再没有别的。
