他們是樂意的，而且那也是他們的本分（“本分”原文作“債”），因為外族人既然分享了猶太人屬靈的好處，就應該供應他們肉身的需要。等我辦好這件事，把這筆款項安全地交了給他們，我就要路過你們那裡到西班牙去。

耶和華顯明了他的救恩，在列國眼前顯示了他的公義。他記念他向以色列家所應許的慈愛和信實，地的四極都看見我們神的救恩。

你向神許了願，就不可遲遲不還，因為他不喜悅愚昧人；所許的願必須償還。

也就像活石，被建造成為靈宮，作聖潔的祭司，藉著耶穌基督獻上蒙神悅納的靈祭。

耶和華我們的神啊！現在求你拯救我們脫離亞述王的手，使地上萬國都知道唯有你耶和華是神。”

好使全地得知你的道路，萬國得知你的救恩。

所有前來攻擊耶路撒冷的列國中剩下的人，必年年上來敬拜大君王萬軍之耶和華，並且守住棚節。地上的萬族中，凡是不上耶路撒冷敬拜大君王萬軍之耶和華的，就必沒有雨降給他們。埃及族若不上來參加，就必沒有雨降給他們，這就是耶和華用來擊打那些不上來守住棚節的列國的災禍。

從前你們不認識神的時候，是給那些本來不是神的作奴僕；現在你們既然認識神，更可以說是神所認識的，怎麼還回到那些軟弱貧乏的言論，情願再作它們的奴僕呢？

耶穌說：“婦人，你應當信我，時候將到，那時你們敬拜父，不在這山上，也不在耶路撒冷。你們敬拜你們所不知道的，我們卻敬拜我們所知道的，因為救恩是從猶太人出來的。然而時候將到，現在就是了，那靠著聖靈按著真理敬拜父的，才是真正敬拜的人；因為父在尋找這樣敬拜他的人。神是靈，敬拜他的必須靠著聖靈按著真理敬拜他。”

今天耶和華要把你交在我手裡，我必擊殺你，砍下你的頭。今天我還要把非利士人軍隊的屍體給空中的飛鳥和地上的野獸吃。這樣，全地的人就都知道以色列中有一位神。

認識你是獨一的真神，並且認識你所差來的耶穌基督，這就是永生。

敬拜我的人，就是我所分散的人，必從古實河外而來，給我獻上禮物。

然而你們是蒙揀選的族類，是君尊的祭司，是聖潔的國民，是屬神的子民，為要叫你們宣揚那召你們出黑暗入奇妙光明者的美德。

看哪！你要召聚你不認識的國；那些素來不認識你的國也必奔向你，都因耶和華你的神、以色列的聖者的緣故，因為他已經榮耀了你。
