The people shall hear,[ and] be afraid: sorrow shall take hold on the inhabitants of Palestina.Then the dukes of Edom shall be amazed; the mighty men of Moab, trembling shall take hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of thine arm they shall be[ as] still as a stone; till thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over,[ which] thou hast purchased.

And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind.He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him[ were] dark waters[ and] thick clouds of the skies.At the brightness[ that was] before him his thick clouds passed, hail[ stones] and coals of fire.

And she said unto the men, I know that the LORD hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.

And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that[ have] no[ rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.

To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens,[ which were] of old; lo, he doth send out his voice,[ and that] a mighty voice.Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency[ is] over Israel, and his strength[ is] in the clouds.

And this[ shall be] a sign unto you, saith the LORD, that I will punish you in this place, that ye may know that my words shall surely stand against you for evil:Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will give Pharaohhophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies, and into the hand of them that seek his life; as I gave Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, his enemy, and that sought his life.

And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

When the Philistines took the ark of God, they brought it into the house of Dagon, and set it by Dagon.And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow, behold, Dagon[ was] fallen upon his face to the earth before the ark of the LORD. And they took Dagon, and set him in his place again.And when they arose early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon[ was] fallen upon his face to the ground before the ark of the LORD; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his hands[ were] cut off upon the threshold; only[ the stump of] Dagon was left to him.

Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah in Tahpanhes, saying,Take great stones in thine hand, and hide them in the clay in the brickkiln, which[ is] at the entry of Pharaoh’s house in Tahpanhes, in the sight of the men of Judah;And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them.And when he cometh, he shall smite the land of Egypt,[ and deliver] such[ as are] for death to death; and such[ as are] for captivity to captivity; and such[ as are] for the sword to the sword.And I will kindle a fire in the houses of the gods of Egypt; and he shall burn them, and carry them away captives: and he shall array himself with the land of Egypt, as a shepherd putteth on his garment; and he shall go forth from thence in peace.He shall break also the images of Bethshemesh, that[ is] in the land of Egypt; and the houses of the gods of the Egyptians shall he burn with fire.

In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be afraid and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it.

And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men,[ with] a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.

Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
