耶和華啊，你的手高舉，他們不觀看；願他們觀看你為百姓發的熱心而羞愧，願火吞滅你的敵人。

你們要在荒涼的山上豎立大旗，向他們揚聲，揮手招呼他們進入貴族之門。

「那時，耶和華要呼叫，召來埃及江河源頭的蒼蠅和亞述地的蜂；

有耳的，就應當聽！」

萬民哪，你們都當聽這話！世上所有的居民，無論貴賤貧富，都當側耳而聽！

耶和華向這城呼叫－看重你的名是真智慧－你們當聽懲罰和派定懲罰的人。

地啊，地啊，地啊，當聽耶和華的話！

城中若吹角，百姓豈不戰兢嗎？災禍若臨到一城，豈非耶和華所降的嗎？主耶和華不會做任何事情，除非先將奧祕指示他的僕人眾先知。獅子吼叫，誰不懼怕呢？主耶和華既已說了，誰能不說預言呢？

天哪，要聽！地啊，側耳而聽！因為耶和華說：「我養育兒女，將他們養大，他們竟悖逆我。

聽啊，山間有喧鬧的聲音，好像有許多百姓聚集，聽啊，多國之民聚集鬧鬨的聲音；這是萬軍之耶和華召集作戰的軍隊。

耶和華要顯現在他們身上，他的箭要射出如閃電。主耶和華必吹角，乘南方的旋風而行。

大能者神－耶和華已經發言呼召天下，從日出之地到日落之處。

山嶺啊，要聽耶和華的指控！大地永久的根基啊，要聽！因耶和華控告他的百姓，與以色列爭辯。
