耶和华向这城呼叫，智慧人必敬畏他的名：“你们当听是谁派定刑杖的惩罚。

地啊，地啊，地啊，当听耶和华的话！

城中若吹角，百姓岂不惊恐呢？灾祸若临到一城，岂非耶和华所降的吗？主耶和华若不将奥秘指示他的仆人众先知，就一无所行。狮子吼叫，谁不惧怕呢？主耶和华发命，谁能不说预言呢？”

山间有多人的声音，好像是大国人民。有许多国的民聚集哄嚷的声音；这是万军之耶和华点齐军队，预备打仗。

耶和华必显现在他们以上；他的箭必射出像闪电。主耶和华必吹角，乘南方的旋风而行。

大能者神耶和华已经发言招呼天下，从日出之地到日落之处。

山岭和地永久的根基啊，要听耶和华争辩的话！因为耶和华要与他的百姓争辩，与以色列争论。
