他们必不仰望自己手所做的祭坛，也不注视自己指头所做的亚舍拉和香坛。

他們必不仰望祭壇，就是自己手所築的，也不重看自己指頭所做的，無論是木偶是日像。

那時他們不再仰望自己製造的祭壇，也不再供奉自己指頭所造的亞舍拉神像和香壇。

他們必不仰望自己手所築的祭壇，也不注視自己指頭所造的亞舍拉和香壇。

不望己手所築之壇、不瞻己指所造之物、或木偶、或日像、

凡祭壇木偶日像、人手所作者咸不瞻望焉。

不復仰望己手所作之壇、不復瞻己指所製之亞舍拉亞舍拉或作木偶及日像、

They will not look to the altars, the work of their hands, and they will have no regard for the Asherah poles and the incense altars their fingers have made.

They won’t trust in the altars they made with their own hands. They won’t pay any attention to the poles they used to worship the female god named Asherah. And they won’t depend on the incense altars they made with their own fingers.

He will not look to the altars, the work of his hands, and he will not look on what his own fingers have made, either the Asherim or the altars of incense.

They will no longer look to their idols for help or worship what their own hands have made. They will never again bow down to their Asherah poles or worship at the pagan shrines they have built.

They will not look to the altars they made with their hands or to the Asherahs and shrines they made with their fingers.

And he will not look to the altars, the work of his hands, Nor will he look to that which his fingers have made, Even the Asherim and incense altars.

He will not look to the altars, The work of his hands; He will not respect what his fingers have made, Nor the wooden images nor the incense altars.

And they shall not look to the altars, the work of their hands; neither shall they have respect to that which their fingers have made, either the Asherim, or the sun- images.

They will not look to the altars they made with their hands or to the Asherahs and incense altars they made with their fingers.

And he shall not look to the altars, the work of his hands, neither shall respect[ that] which his fingers have made, either the groves, or the images.

They will no longer trust in the altars their hands made, or depend on the Asherah poles and incense altars their fingers made.

They will not look to the altars, the work of their hands; neither shall they respect that which their fingers have made, either the Asherah poles, or the incense altars.

你要拋棄你那些包著銀的雕像和鍍了金的鑄像，如同污穢之物一般拋棄它們，又對它們說：“去吧！”

藉此，雅各的罪孽才得赦免；他的罪過得以除掉的條件全都在於此，就是他叫祭壇上所有的石頭都變為破碎的灰石，使亞舍拉和香壇不再豎立。

我必從你中間除掉你雕刻的偶像和柱像，你就不再跪拜你手所做的；我必從你中間除滅你的亞舍拉，毀滅你的偶像。

他們的地滿了偶像；他們敬拜自己雙手所做的，就是他們的指頭所做的。

人可以用這樹作燃料，可以拿來生火取暖，又可以燒著烤餅；人竟然用它做神像敬拜，他做了雕刻的偶像，又向它叩拜。

他們的祭壇你們卻要拆毀，他們的柱像你們要打碎，他們的亞舍拉你們要砍下。

“到那日（這是萬軍之耶和華的宣告），我必從這地除掉偶像的名號，它們不再被人記念；我也必從這地除去假先知和污穢的靈。

他又在猶大各城中，除掉邱壇和香壇。那時全國在他的統治下享受太平。

以色列最茂盛的葡萄樹，自己能結果子。他的果子越多，他就越增添祭壇；他的土地越肥美，他就使柱像越美麗。他們心懷詭詐，現在要承擔這罪的懲罰。耶和華必拆毀他們的祭壇，毀壞他們的柱像。

偶像卻必全然消逝。耶和華起來，使大地震動的時候，人必進入石洞，進入土穴，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。到那日，人必把那些自己所做、供自己敬拜的金偶像和銀偶像，拋給田鼠和蝙蝠。這樣，當耶和華起來，大地震動的時候，他們就能進入磐石縫中和巖石隙裡，躲避耶和華的驚嚇和他威嚴的榮光。

從前以法蓮一說話，人都戰兢。他原在以色列中居高位，但後來因事奉巴力犯了罪，就死了。現在他們犯罪越來越多，為自己做鑄像，按著自己的技巧，用自己的銀子做偶像；這些都是匠人的手工。他們論到這些說：“向偶像獻祭的人，可以親吻牛犢。”

耶和華說：“我必除滅人類、牲畜、空中飛鳥、海裡的魚。我必使惡人跌倒，我必把人類從地上剪除。

以色列人哪！你們要回轉，歸向那曾被你們（“你們”直譯是“他們”）徹底背棄的耶和華。（本節或譯“你們要回轉，歸向那曾被以色列人徹底背棄的耶和華。”）到那日，各人都必拋棄自己的金偶像和銀偶像，就是你們親手所做，把自己陷在罪中的。

你們必因你們所喜愛的橡樹抱愧，必因你們所選擇的園子蒙羞。

沒有人細心思想，也沒有人有知識有聰明說：“我把木頭的一半放在火裡燃燒，我也在炭火上烘過餅，烤過肉吃，剩下的，我卻用來做了一個可憎之物，我要向木頭叩拜嗎？”他所追求的只是灰塵，被迷惑了的心使他偏離正道了；他不能救自己，也不會說：“在我的右手中不是有個假神嗎？”

眾人在他面前拆毀了巴力的祭壇，他親自打碎了壇上高高的香壇，又把亞舍拉、雕像和鑄像砍碎成灰，撒在向這些偶像獻過祭的人的墳上。

“他們立了君王，卻不是出於我；他們立了首領，我卻不知道。他們用自己的金銀為自己做了偶像，以致他們被剪除。撒瑪利亞啊！我要除掉你的牛犢，我的怒氣要向撒瑪利亞人發作，他們要到幾時才能無罪免罰呢？這牛犢是出於以色列，是匠人所做的，它並不是神，撒瑪利亞的牛犢必被粉碎。

以法蓮與偶像還有甚麼關係呢？答允他的是我，看顧他的也是我。我像一棵青翠的松樹，你的果子是從我而得。”

他又在瑪拿西、以法蓮、西緬，以至拿弗他利的各城，以及它們周圍荒廢的地方，都這樣行。他拆毀了祭壇，把亞舍拉和雕刻的偶像打碎，破碎了以色列全地所有的香壇，就回耶路撒冷去了。

我必用潔淨的水灑在你們身上，你們就潔淨了；我必潔淨你們的一切污穢，使你們遠離所有可憎的像。
