看啊，列国喧嚣，如怒海汹涌；万民骚动，如洪水滔滔。

唉！许多民族在喧哗，他们喧嚷好像海浪澎湃；列国在咆哮，他们吼叫，好像洪水奔流。

啊！万民的咆哮，他们咆哮好像海洋的咆哮！万族的喧嚷，他们喧嚷好像洪水的喧嚷！

看啊，列國喧囂，如怒海洶湧；萬民騷動，如洪水滔滔。

唉！許多民族在喧嘩，他們喧嚷好像海浪澎湃；列國在咆哮，他們吼叫，好像洪水奔流。

啊，許多外族之民的喧嘩！他們喧嘩，正如諸水之喧嘩；啊，外國之民的怒號！他們的怒號，就像眾水之怒號。

啊！萬民的咆哮，他們咆哮好像海洋的咆哮！萬族的喧嚷，他們喧嚷好像洪水的喧嚷！

噫、眾民喧譁、若海濤之漰渤、列邦衝突、若大水之奔騰、

我聞異邦之眾、譁然若海濤漰渤、威聲遠振、惟上帝咤叱之、使彼逃遁、猶之秕糠、為颶風所飄揚、猶之草芥、為狂飆所吹散、

噫、諸國號呼、如海洋震盪、列邦諠譁、如大水澎湃、

Woe to the many nations that rage— they rage like the raging sea! Woe to the peoples who roar— they roar like the roaring of great waters!

How terrible it will be for the nations that attack us! The noise of their armies is like the sound of the ocean. How terrible it will be for the nations who fight against us! They are as loud as huge waves crashing on the shore.

Ah, the thunder of many peoples; they thunder like the thundering of the sea! Ah, the roar of nations; they roar like the roaring of mighty waters!

Listen! The armies of many nations roar like the roaring of the sea. Hear the thunder of the mighty forces as they rush forward like thundering waves.

Ah! The roar of many peoples— they roar like the roaring of the seas. The raging of the nations— they rage like the rumble of rushing water.

Oh, the uproar of many peoples Who roar like the roaring of the seas, And the rumbling of nations Who rush on like the rumbling of mighty waters!

Woe to the multitude of many people Who make a noise like the roar of the seas, And to the rushing of nations That make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, that roar like the roaring of the seas; and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

Ah! The roar of many peoples— they roar like the roaring of the seas. The raging of the nations— they rage like the raging of mighty waters.

Woe to the multitude of many people,[ which] make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations,[ that] make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

The many nations massing together are as good as dead, those who make a commotion as loud as the roaring of the sea’s waves. The people making such an uproar are as good as dead, those who make an uproar as loud as the roaring of powerful waves.

Ah, the uproar of many peoples, who roar like the roaring of the seas; and the rushing of nations, that rush like the rushing of mighty waters!

曾有死亡的繩索纏繞我，匪類的急流使我驚懼，

「日、月、星辰要顯出異兆，地上的邦國也有困苦；因海中波浪的響聲，就慌慌不定。

他們拿弓和槍，性情殘忍，不施憐憫；他們的聲音像海浪匉訇。錫安城啊，他們騎馬都擺隊伍，如上戰場的人要攻擊你。

以色列神的榮光從東而來。他的聲音如同多水的聲音；地就因他的榮耀發光。

拿着七碗的七位天使中，有一位前來對我說：「你到這裏來，我將坐在眾水上的大淫婦所要受的刑罰指給你看。

天使又對我說：「你所看見那淫婦坐的眾水，就是多民、多人、多國、多方。

戰士在亂殺之間所穿戴的盔甲，並那滾在血中的衣服，都必作為可燒的，當作火柴。

我必以公平為準繩，以公義為線鉈。冰雹必沖去謊言的避所；大水必漫過藏身之處。

他既以大能束腰，就用力量安定諸山，使諸海的響聲和其中波浪的響聲，並萬民的喧嘩，都平靜了。

他必豎立大旗，招遠方的國民，發嘶聲叫他們從地極而來；看哪，他們必急速奔來。其中沒有疲倦的，絆跌的；沒有打盹的，睡覺的；腰帶並不放鬆，鞋帶也不折斷。他們的箭快利，弓也上了弦。馬蹄算如堅石，車輪好像旋風。他們要吼叫，像母獅子，咆哮，像少壯獅子；他們要咆哮抓食，坦然叼去，無人救回。那日，他們要向以色列人吼叫，像海浪匉訇；人若望地，只見黑暗艱難，光明在雲中變為昏暗。

神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰抖，我們也不害怕。（細拉）

耶和華啊，大水揚起，大水發聲，波浪澎湃。耶和華在高處大有能力，勝過諸水的響聲，洋海的大浪。

耶和華的聲音發在水上；榮耀的神打雷，耶和華打雷在大水之上。

因此，主必使大河翻騰的水猛然沖來，就是亞述王和他所有的威勢，必漫過一切的水道，漲過兩岸；必沖入猶大，漲溢氾濫，直到頸項。以馬內利啊，他展開翅膀，遍滿你的地。」
