though on the day you set them out, you make them grow, and on the morning when you plant them, you bring them to bud, yet the harvest will be as nothing in the day of disease and incurable pain.

The plants might start to grow on the day you set them out. The vines might begin to bud on the morning you plant them. But even if they do, there won’t be any harvest. Instead, there will be sickness and pain that won’t go away.

though you make them grow on the day that you plant them, and make them blossom in the morning that you sow, yet the harvest will flee away in a day of grief and incurable pain.

They may sprout on the day you set them out; yes, they may blossom on the very morning you plant them, but you will never pick any grapes from them. Your only harvest will be a load of grief and unrelieved pain.

按我所見，耕罪孽、種毒害的人都照樣收割。

收割之先，花開已謝，花也成了將熟的葡萄；他必用鐮刀削去嫩枝，又砍掉蔓延的枝條，都要撇給山間的鷙鳥和地上的野獸。夏天，鷙鳥要宿在其上；冬天，野獸都臥在其中。

就是先知說假預言，祭司藉他們把持權柄；我的百姓也喜愛這些事，到了結局你們怎樣行呢？

早晨發芽生長，晚上割下枯乾。

以色列啊，不要像外邦人歡喜快樂；因為你行邪淫離棄你的神，在各穀場上如妓女喜愛賞賜。穀場和酒醡都不夠以色列人使用；新酒也必缺乏。他們必不得住耶和華的地；以法蓮卻要歸回埃及，必在亞述吃不潔淨的食物。他們必不得向耶和華奠酒，即便奠酒也不蒙悅納。他們的祭物必如居喪者的食物，凡吃的必被玷污；因他們的食物只為自己的口腹，必不奉入耶和華的殿。

惟有結黨、不順從真理、反順從不義的，就以忿怒、惱恨報應他們；將患難、困苦加給一切作惡的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人，

以法蓮受責罰，根本枯乾，必不能結果，即或生產，我必殺他們所生的愛子。

你們要為自己栽種公義，就能收割慈愛。現今正是尋求耶和華的時候；你們要開墾荒地，等他臨到，使公義如雨降在你們身上。你們耕種的是奸惡，收割的是罪孽，吃的是謊話的果子。因你倚靠自己的行為，仰賴勇士眾多，所以在這民中必有鬨嚷之聲，你一切的保障必被拆毀，就如沙勒幔在爭戰的日子拆毀伯‧亞比勒，將其中的母子一同摔死。因他們的大惡，伯特利必使你們遭遇如此。到了黎明，以色列的王必全然滅絕。

你竟任着你剛硬不悔改的心，為自己積蓄忿怒，以致神震怒，顯他公義審判的日子來到。

酒醉的人哪，要清醒哭泣；好酒的人哪，都要為甜酒哀號，因為從你們的口中斷絕了。有一隊蝗蟲又強盛又無數，侵犯我的地；牠的牙齒如獅子的牙齒，大牙如母獅的大牙。牠毀壞我的葡萄樹，剝了我無花果樹的皮，剝盡而丟棄，使枝條露白。我的民哪，你當哀號，像處女腰束麻布，為幼年的丈夫哀號。素祭和奠祭從耶和華的殿中斷絕；事奉耶和華的祭司都悲哀。田荒涼，地悲哀；因為五穀毀壞，新酒乾竭，油也缺乏。農夫啊，你們要慚愧；修理葡萄園的啊，你們要哀號；因為大麥小麥與田間的莊稼都滅絕了。葡萄樹枯乾；無花果樹衰殘。石榴樹、棕樹、蘋果樹，連田野一切的樹木也都枯乾；眾人的喜樂盡都消滅。

所以，主耶和華如此說：我的僕人必得吃，你們卻飢餓；我的僕人必得喝，你們卻乾渴；我的僕人必歡喜，你們卻蒙羞。我的僕人因心中高興歡呼，你們卻因心中憂愁哀哭，又因心裏憂傷哀號。

我又告訴你們，從東從西，將有許多人來，在天國裏與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席；惟有本國的子民竟被趕到外邊黑暗裏去，在那裏必要哀哭切齒了。」

不要自欺，神是輕慢不得的。人種的是甚麼，收的也是甚麼。順着情慾撒種的，必從情慾收敗壞；順着聖靈撒種的，必從聖靈收永生。
