In that day you will say,“ I will give thanks to you, Yahweh; for though you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you comfort me.

In that day you will say:“ I will praise you, Lord. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me.

In days to come, the people of Israel will sing,“ Lord, we will praise you. You were angry with us. But now your anger has turned away from us. And you have brought us comfort.

You will say in that day:“ I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me.

In that day you will sing:“ I will praise you, O Lord! You were angry with me, but not anymore. Now you comfort me.

On that day you will say:“ I will give thanks to you, LORD, although you were angry with me. Your anger has turned away, and you have comforted me.

Then you will say on that day,“ I will give thanks to You, Lord; For although You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, And You comfort me.

And in that day you will say:“ O Lord, I will praise You; Though You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me.

And in that day thou shalt say, I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; for though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away and thou comfortest me.

On that day you will say:“ I will praise You, Lord, although You were angry with me. Your anger has turned away, and You have had compassion on me.

And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

At that time you will say:“ I praise you, O LORD, for even though you were angry with me, your anger subsided, and you consoled me.

Yahweh, you are my God. I will exalt you! I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago, in complete faithfulness and truth.

For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.

In overflowing wrath I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting loving kindness I will have mercy on you,” says Yahweh your Redeemer.

Yahweh will be King over all the earth. In that day Yahweh will be one, and his name one.

It will happen in the day that Yahweh will give you rest from your sorrow, from your trouble, and from the hard service in which you were made to serve,

“ Comfort, comfort my people,” says your God.“ Speak comfortably to Jerusalem; and call out to her that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she has received of Yahweh’s hand double for all her sins.”

In that day, Yahweh with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan, the fleeing serpent, and leviathan the twisted serpent; and he will kill the dragon that is in the sea.In that day, sing to her,“ A pleasant vineyard!I, Yahweh, am its keeper. I will water it every moment. Lest anyone damage it, I will keep it night and day.

For Yahweh has comforted Zion. He has comforted all her waste places, and has made her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of Yahweh. Joy and gladness will be found in them, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

Sing, heavens, and be joyful, earth! Break out into singing, mountains, for Yahweh has comforted his people, and will have compassion on his afflicted.

For the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy, says:“ I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also who is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite.For I will not contend forever, neither will I always be angry; for the spirit would faint before me, and the souls whom I have made.I was angry because of the iniquity of his covetousness and struck him. I hid myself and was angry; and he went on backsliding in the way of his heart.I have seen his ways, and will heal him. I will lead him also, and restore comforts to him and to his mourners.

Violence shall no more be heard in your land, nor desolation or destruction within your borders; but you will call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.The sun will be no more your light by day; nor will the brightness of the moon give light to you, but Yahweh will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.

I did to them according to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions. I hid my face from them.“ Therefore the Lord Yahweh says:‘ Now I will reverse the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole house of Israel. I will be jealous for my holy name.They will bear their shame, and all their trespasses by which they have trespassed against me, when they dwell securely in their land, and no one will make them afraid,when I have brought them back from the peoples, and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations.They will know that I am Yahweh their God, in that I caused them to go into captivity among the nations, and have gathered them to their own land. Then I will leave none of them captive any more.I won’t hide my face from them any more; for I have poured out my Spirit on the house of Israel,’ says the Lord Yahweh.”

It shall be said in that day,“ Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and he will save us! This is Yahweh! We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”

“ Come! Let’s return to Yahweh; for he has torn us to pieces, and he will heal us; he has injured us, and he will bind up our wounds.

It will happen in that day that the nations will seek the root of Jesse, who stands as a banner of the peoples; and his resting place will be glorious.It will happen in that day that the Lord will set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

Then Yahweh’s ransomed ones will return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”

The lofty looks of man will be brought low, the arrogance of men will be bowed down, and Yahweh alone will be exalted in that day.

“ I will heal their waywardness. I will love them freely; for my anger is turned away from him.I will be like the dew to Israel. He will blossom like the lily, and send down his roots like Lebanon.His branches will spread, and his beauty will be like the olive tree, and his fragrance like Lebanon.Men will dwell in his shade. They will revive like the grain, and blossom like the vine. Their fragrance will be like the wine of Lebanon.Ephraim, what have I to do any more with idols? I answer, and will take care of him. I am like a green cypress tree; from me your fruit is found.”Who is wise, that he may understand these things? Who is prudent, that he may know them? For the ways of Yahweh are right, and the righteous walk in them; But the rebellious stumble in them.

Let heaven and earth praise him; the seas, and everything that moves therein!For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah. They shall settle there, and own it.The children also of his servants shall inherit it. Those who love his name shall dwell therein.

As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you. You will be comforted in Jerusalem.”

They shall live, and to him shall be given of the gold of Sheba. Men shall pray for him continually. They shall bless him all day long.Abundance of grain shall be throughout the land. Its fruit sways like Lebanon. Let it flourish, thriving like the grass of the field.His name endures forever. His name continues as long as the sun. Men shall be blessed by him. All nations will call him blessed.Praise be to Yahweh God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.Blessed be his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and amen.

May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two- edged sword in their hand,to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Praise Yah!

For if the rejection of them is the reconciling of the world, what would their acceptance be, but life from the dead?

I will bless Yahweh at all times. His praise will always be in my mouth.My soul shall boast in Yahweh. The humble shall hear of it and be glad.Oh magnify Yahweh with me. Let’s exalt his name together.I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.They looked to him, and were radiant. Their faces shall never be covered with shame.This poor man cried, and Yahweh heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.Oh fear Yahweh, you his saints, for there is no lack with those who fear him.The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh shall not lack any good thing.Come, you children, listen to me. I will teach you the fear of Yahweh.Who is someone who desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good?Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies.Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.Yahweh’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.Yahweh’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth.The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all.He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken.Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned.

May God be merciful to us, bless us, and cause his face to shine on us. Selah.That your way may be known on earth, and your salvation among all nations,let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations on earth. Selah.

It will happen in that day that Yahweh will thresh from the flowing stream of the Euphrates to the brook of Egypt; and you will be gathered one by one, children of Israel.It will happen in that day that a great trumpet will be blown; and those who were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and those who were outcasts in the land of Egypt, shall come; and they will worship Yahweh in the holy mountain at Jerusalem.

It shall happen, when all these things have come on you, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you shall call them to mind among all the nations where Yahweh your God has driven you,and return to Yahweh your God and obey his voice according to all that I command you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all your soul,that then Yahweh your God will release you from captivity, have compassion on you, and will return and gather you from all the peoples where Yahweh your God has scattered you.

Yahweh, you have been favorable to your land. You have restored the fortunes of Jacob.You have forgiven the iniquity of your people. You have covered all their sin. Selah.You have taken away all your wrath. You have turned from the fierceness of your anger.

“ I have surely heard Ephraim grieving thus,‘ You have chastised me, and I was chastised, as an untrained calf. Turn me, and I will be turned; for you are Yahweh my God.Surely after that I was turned. I repented. After that I was instructed. I struck my thigh. I was ashamed, yes, even confounded, because I bore the reproach of my youth.’Is Ephraim my dear son? Is he a darling child? For as often as I speak against him, I still earnestly remember him. therefore my heart yearns for him. I will surely have mercy on him,” says Yahweh.

“ How can I give you up, Ephraim? How can I hand you over, Israel? How can I make you like Admah? How can I make you like Zeboiim? My heart is turned within me, my compassion is aroused.

In that day there will be on the bells of the horses,“ HOLY TO YAHWEH”; and the pots in Yahweh’s house will be like the bowls before the altar.

There will be a highway for the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, like there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

In that day, this song will be sung in the land of Judah:“ We have a strong city. God appoints salvation for walls and bulwarks.

For yet a very little while, and the indignation against you will be accomplished, and my anger will be directed to his destruction.”

They sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,“ Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God, the Almighty! Righteous and true are your ways, you King of the nations.Who wouldn’t fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you only are holy. For all the nations will come and worship before you. For your righteous acts have been revealed.”

After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying,“ Hallelujah! Salvation, power, and glory belong to our God;for his judgments are true and righteous. For he has judged the great prostitute, who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and he has avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.”A second said,“ Hallelujah! Her smoke goes up forever and ever.”The twenty- four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying,“ Amen! Hallelujah!”A voice came from the throne, saying,“ Give praise to our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, the small and the great!”I heard something like the voice of a great multitude, and like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of mighty thunders, saying,“ Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns!Let’s rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and let’s give the glory to him. For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.”

They will only bow down under the prisoners, and will fall under the slain. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
