為困乏與謙遜之人聽訟、秉公行義、作惡者流、必遭箠楚、以辭氣滅之、

必秉公義審鞫貧民、循正直判斷世之謙虛人、世之謙虛人或作國中窮乏人以口中之言責世、若擊之以杖、以詞氣殺滅惡人、

but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.

He will always do what is right when he judges those who are in need. He’ll be completely fair when he makes decisions about poor people. When he commands that people be punished, it will happen. When he orders that evil people be put to death, it will take place.

but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked.

He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited. The earth will shake at the force of his word, and one breath from his mouth will destroy the wicked.

but he will judge the poor righteously and execute justice for the oppressed of the land. He will strike the land with a scepter from his mouth, and he will kill the wicked with a command from his lips.

他必使父親的心回轉而向兒女，使兒女的心回轉而向父親，免得我來、以毁滅歸神的災禍擊打這地。』

他們由上帝噓的氣而滅亡；由上帝怒氣的風而消沒。

主永恆主的靈在我身上；因為永恆主用膏油膏了我，叫我傳好信息給困苦的人，差遣我去綁紮心裏破碎的，給被擄的宣告自由，給被囚的宣告開釋，

然後那不法者才顯露出來。主耶穌必用他口中的氣殺掉他，用他御臨之顯現消滅他。

因為他援救呼救的窮人，也援救困苦人和無人幫助的。他顧惜貧寒和窮人，拯救窮人的性命。他贖救他們脫離欺凌和強暴；他們的血、他看為寶貴。

你必用鐵杖打破他們；你必摔碎他們、如窰匠的瓦器。」』

上帝啊，將你的判斷才德賜給王哦；將你的公義賜給王的兒子哦！願他按公義為你的人民行裁判，按公平為你的困苦人伸訴。因有公義、願大山給人民帶來福利；願小山給民眾取得興隆。願他為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧苦之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的。

柔和的人有福啊！因為他們必承受得地土。

你們中間誰是有智慧有特長的呢？他應當以智慧之柔和、由好的為人指顯出他的行為來。

有一把利劍從他口中吐出，用了這個、可以擊打列國；他必用鐵杖管轄他們；他踹着全能者上帝震怒報應之酒醡。

當那些日子、那時候、我必使大衛挺生一個憑義氣救人的苗裔，他必在地上秉公而行義。

不要毁謗人，不要爭吵，要溫良和藹，對一切人證顯出十二分的柔和。

看吧，有一個王憑公義而作王，有官長按公平而作官，

有神威的啊，你的寶座永永遠遠；你國的王杖是正直的王杖；你喜愛公義，恨惡邪惡。故此上帝、你的上帝、用喜樂之油膏了你、超過了你的同伴。

你要為啞巴開口，為一切行將過去的人辦案件；要開口，按公義來判斷，為困苦貧窮的人伸訴。

柔和、節制：這樣的事、沒有律法能禁止。

困苦人必因永恆主而增加歡喜；人間貧窮的必因以色列之聖者而快樂。

他的政權宏大，他的泰平無窮，在大衛的寶座上治理他的國，以公平公義堅立而支持它，從今時直到永遠。萬軍之永恆主的熱心必成就這事。

因為有一個焚燒處早已安排好了，居然又是為了君王而豫備的，又深又寬；它堆的是火跟許多木柴；永恆主的氣如一條硫磺火流，把它點𤏲起來。

那時必有寶座因忠愛而立定；必有一位憑忠信而坐於其上，在大衛的帳棚中一位施行審判，不但尋求公平，而且迅速行義的。』

他並且執有七顆星在右手中；有一把雙刃的利劍從他口中吐出；他的臉面像日頭滿有熱力地發光。

你能力之杖、永恆主從錫安送出來；你在你仇敵中掌權柄哦。

他們肥胖光潤，壞事拚命地作；不秉公裁判，不為孤兒辯訴，而援救他，也不為窮人伸冤。

『永恆主的靈藉着我來說話：他的話語在我的舌頭上。雅各的上帝說道，以色列的磐石告訴我說：一個憑公義統治人的、一個存敬畏上帝之心來統治人的；他必昇起像晨光，像清晨的日頭、沒有雲翳、只射發光輝，像甘雨下降，使青草從地上長起。

在他鼻孔裏有煙往上冒，從他口中有火焚燒着；連炭也因而着起來。

地上所有的卑微人，遵行永恆主典章的啊，你們要尋求永恆主；要尋求公義、尋求謙卑，或者當永恆主發怒的日子你們得以蒙隱藏。

但是掃羅，仍然向主的門徒噴吐恐嚇和兇殺的口氣。他上去見大祭司，

『你們不按公義而審判，只徇惡人的情面，要到幾時呢？（細拉）你們要為受欺壓的人和孤兒伸冤；要向困苦窮乏人顯義氣。要解救貧寒窮困人，援救他們脫離惡人的手。』

故此你要悔改；不然，我就迅速臨到你，用我口中的劍同他們爭戰。

我看見天開着，見有一匹白馬。那騎馬的稱為忠信而真實：他審判、他爭戰、都本着公義。

『看吧，日子必到，永恆主發神諭說，我必給大衛興起一個憑義氣救人的苗裔；他必掌王權，精明而亨通，在國中秉公而行義。當他執政的日子猶大必得救，以色列必安然居住；那時他必稱為「永恆主使我們得勝的義氣」：這就是他的名字。

我保羅、以基督的柔和與溫良、親自勸你們——我，我這個在你們中間和你們面對面時「謙卑（！）」，而不同在時「放膽（！）」的——有人以為我們是憑着肉體行事，我以為我必須以自信之心大膽懲治這種人——我甚至於求你們、不要讓我於和你們同在時有這樣自信之心而放膽。

永恆主上法庭審判他民間的長老和首領；他說：『是你們，你們放牲口喫盡了葡萄園；貧困人被搶奪之物都在你們家裏。』

要學習行善；尋求公平，糾正殘暴的人，為孤兒伸冤，為寡婦辯訴。』

就是瞎子能看見，瘸子能走路，患痳瘋屬之病的得潔淨，聾子能聽見，死人得甦活起來，窮人有好消息傳給他們；

你的妻妾有福啊！你這些臣僕有福啊，這些不斷侍立你面前、聽你智慧話的！永恆主你的上帝是當受祝頌的；他喜愛了你，使你在以色列的王位上；因為永恆主永遠喜愛以色列，所以他才立了你做王、來秉公行義。』

大衛作王管理全以色列；大衛對他的眾民都秉公行義。
