厥手惟惡是營、而亟行之、牧伯徇情、士師貪賄、大人言其中心之惡欲、共同組織之、

勿受賄、蓋賄使明者目盲、義者詞屈、

勿虐遇孤寡、賓旅貧乏、勿中心謀惡、以害昆弟、

曰、邑有士師、不畏上帝、不禮世人、其邑有嫠、屢就之曰、有仇我者、祈伸我冤、久而不許、後自思云、我雖不畏上帝、不禮世人、但此嫠瀆我、必伸其冤、免其恆來擾我、

且諸祭司長與民眾、大干罪戾、從異邦可憎之事、污耶和華在耶路撒冷區別為聖之室、

惟爾心目、專務貪婪、流無辜之血、行強迫暴虐、

立不義之律、錄乖戾之詞、屈枉貧乏、不予公斷、奪我窮民之理、攘奪嫠婦、刧掠孤兒、禍哉其人、

耶和華將詰其民長與牧伯曰、吞噬葡萄園者爾也、掠貧民之物、藏於爾室、

彼之惡事、俱在吉甲、在彼我始憾之、緣其惡行、我必逐之於我家、不復愛之、其牧伯皆悖逆者也、

曰、經云、我室必稱為祈禱室、而爾曹以為盜穴也、

以色列牧伯、各奮其力、流血於爾中、爾中有人輕視父母、虐遇賓旅、欺凌孤寡、藐我聖物、犯我安息、爾中有毀謗者、流人之血、有人食於山、行淫亂、烝父繼室、辱因天癸而污之婦、有行可憎於鄰妻、有穢亂子婦、有玷辱異母之姊妹、受賄以流人血、貸金而取利息、行暴於鄰、得財無厭、而忘乎我、主耶和華言之矣、

我必蒞臨、行鞫於爾、凡巫覡及淫亂妄誓、負傭值、欺孤寡、屈賓旅、而不畏我者、我必亟證之、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

彼體肥膚潤、作惡太甚、不為孤子伸冤、使之利達、不為貧者折中、耶和華曰、我豈不緣此而加譴責、豈不復仇於若是之國哉、

翌日、有司、長老、士子、集於耶路撒冷、大祭司亞那與該亞法、約翰、亞力山大、及大祭司之族咸在、立二人於中、問曰、爾以何能何名行此乎、彼得充於聖神、語之曰、民之有司、與長老乎、我儕今日若因行於病者之善事見訊、即斯人何由得愈、則爾眾與以色列諸民、宜知斯人得愈、立於爾前、乃因拿撒勒耶穌基督之名、即爾所釘於十架、而上帝自死而起者也、彼乃爾工師所棄之石、已成屋隅首石矣、

與盜為侶、乃惡己命、聞令發誓、默然無言、

首領為賄而行鞫、祭司為利而訓誨、先知為金而占卜、猶恃耶和華曰、耶和華非在我中乎、災禍必不臨我、

我將詣顯者與之言、彼識耶和華之道、明其上帝之法、惟彼同心折軛斷繩、

誨之曰、記不云乎、吾室必稱萬邦祈禱之室、而爾曹以為盜巢也、

惟行義而言正、鄙視悖入之利、揮手不受賄賂、塞耳不聽流血之謀、閉目不睹邪惡之事、

毋反其正、毋偏視人、毋受賄賂、蓋賄賂使明者目盲、義者詞屈、

我儕犯罪乖戾、行惡悖逆、離爾訓詞律例、未聽爾僕諸先知、奉爾之名告我君王、牧伯列祖、及國中庶民之言、

謂之曰、記有之、我室必為祈禱室、而爾曹以為盜巢也、○

彼縱飲既畢、則行淫不已、牧伯悅乎恥辱、

以惡行悅君王、以誑言悅牧伯、彼眾行淫、如烘餅者所爇之爐、自摶麵至發酵、暫止撥火、我王之大日、牧伯因酒之熱而致疾、王與侮慢者握手、

惡者受人懷中之賄、以反義讞、

我曰、雅各之首領、以色列家之有司歟、爾其聽之、公義非爾所當知乎、惟爾惡善好惡、剝人之膚、剔肉於骨、食我民之肉、剝其膚、折其骨、切之成塊、若為釜而備、若鼎中之肉、
