And He will judge between the nations, And will mediate for many peoples; And they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning knives. Nation will not lift up a sword against nation, And never again will they learn war.

For you will be in league with the stones of the field, And the animals of the field will be at peace with you.

The wolf and the lamb will graze together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox; and dust will be the serpent’s food. They will do no evil or harm on all My holy mountain,” says the Lord.

He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire.

The proud look of humanity will be brought low, And the arrogance of people will be humbled; And the Lord alone will be exalted on that day.

And He will judge between many peoples And render decisions for mighty, distant nations. Then they will beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation will not lift a sword against nation, And never again will they train for war.Instead, each of them will sit under his vine And under his fig tree, With no one to make them afraid, Because the mouth of the Lord of armies has spoken.

And the Lord will be King over all the earth; on that day the Lord will be the only one, and His name the only one.

One who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will lodge in the shadow of the Almighty.I will say to the Lord,“ My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!”For it is He who rescues you from the net of the trapper And from the deadly plague.He will cover you with His pinions, And under His wings you may take refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and wall.You will not be afraid of the terror by night, Or of the arrow that flies by day;Of the plague that stalks in darkness, Or of the destruction that devastates at noon.A thousand may fall at your side And ten thousand at your right hand, But it shall not approach you.You will only look on with your eyes And see the retaliation against the wicked.For you have made the Lord, my refuge, The Most High, your dwelling place.No evil will happen to you, Nor will any plague come near your tent.For He will give His angels orders concerning you, To protect you in all your ways.On their hands they will lift you up, So that you do not strike your foot against a stone.You will walk upon the lion and cobra, You will trample the young lion and the serpent.

And the pride of humanity will be humbled And the arrogance of people will be brought low; And the Lord alone will be exalted on that day,

And I will eliminate the chariot from Ephraim And the horse from Jerusalem; And the bow of war will be eliminated. And He will speak peace to the nations; And His dominion will be from sea to sea, And from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

“ And many nations will join themselves to the Lord on that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of armies has sent Me to you.

On that day,’ declares the Lord of armies,‘ every one of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and under his fig tree.’ ”

Indeed, your threshing season will last for you until grape gathering, and grape gathering will last until sowing time. So you will eat your food to the full and live securely in your land.I shall also grant peace in the land, so that you may lie down, with no one to make you afraid. I shall also eliminate harmful animals from the land, and no sword will pass through your land.

On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah:“ We have a strong city; He sets up walls and ramparts for security.

In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety; and this is the name by which it will be called: the Lord is our righteousness.’

On that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west forming a very large valley. Half of the mountain will move toward the north, and the other half toward the south.

And do not fear, Jacob My servant,’ declares the Lord,‘ And do not be dismayed, Israel; For behold, I am going to save you from far away, And your descendants from the land of their captivity. And Jacob will return and be at peace, without anxiety, And no one will make him afraid.
