In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, the birds in the sky and the creatures that move along the ground. Bow and sword and battle I will abolish from the land, so that all may lie down in safety.

「我必與他們立平安的約，使惡獸從境內斷絕，他們就必安居在曠野，躺臥在林中。

「住以色列城邑的人必出去撿器械，就是大小盾牌、弓箭、梃杖、槍矛，都當柴燒火，直燒七年，甚至他們不必從田野撿柴，也不必從樹林伐木；因為他們要用器械燒火，並且搶奪那搶奪他們的人，擄掠那擄掠他們的人。這是主耶和華說的。」

在他的日子，猶大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必稱為『耶和華－我們的義』。」

他必在列國中施行審判，為許多國民斷定是非。他們要將刀打成犂頭，把槍打成鐮刀。這國不舉刀攻擊那國；他們也不再學習戰事。

因為你必與田間的石頭立約；田裏的野獸也必與你和好。

他止息刀兵，直到地極；他折弓、斷槍，把戰車焚燒在火中。

到那日，眼目高傲的必降為卑；性情狂傲的都必屈膝；惟獨耶和華被尊崇。

他必在多國的民中施行審判，為遠方強盛的國斷定是非。他們要將刀打成犂頭，把槍打成鐮刀。這國不舉刀攻擊那國；他們也不再學習戰事。人人都要坐在自己葡萄樹下和無花果樹下，無人驚嚇。這是萬軍之耶和華親口說的。

耶和華必作全地的王。那日耶和華必為獨一無二的，他的名也是獨一無二的。

住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。我要論到耶和華說：他是我的避難所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。他必救你脫離捕鳥人的網羅和毒害的瘟疫。他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的誠實是大小的盾牌。你必不怕黑夜的驚駭，或是白日飛的箭，也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午間滅人的毒病。雖有千人仆倒在你旁邊，萬人仆倒在你右邊，這災卻不得臨近你。你惟親眼觀看，見惡人遭報。耶和華是我的避難所；你已將至高者當你的居所，禍患必不臨到你，災害也不挨近你的帳棚。因他要為你吩咐他的使者，在你行的一切道路上保護你。他們要用手托着你，免得你的腳碰在石頭上。你要踹在獅子和虺蛇的身上，踐踏少壯獅子和大蛇。

驕傲的必屈膝；狂妄的必降卑。在那日，惟獨耶和華被尊崇；

我必除滅以法蓮的戰車和耶路撒冷的戰馬；爭戰的弓也必除滅。他必向列國講和平；他的權柄必從這海管到那海，從大河管到地極。

那時，必有許多國歸附耶和華，作他的子民。他要住在你中間，你就知道萬軍之耶和華差遣我到你那裏去了。

當那日，你們各人要請鄰舍坐在葡萄樹和無花果樹下。這是萬軍之耶和華說的。」

你們打糧食要打到摘葡萄的時候，摘葡萄要摘到撒種的時候；並且要吃得飽足，在你們的地上安然居住。我要賜平安在你們的地上；你們躺臥，無人驚嚇。我要叫惡獸從你們的地上熄滅；刀劍也必不經過你們的地。

當那日，在猶大地人必唱這歌說：我們有堅固的城。耶和華要將救恩定為城牆，為外郭。

在那日子猶大必得救，耶路撒冷必安然居住，他的名必稱為『耶和華－我們的義』。

那日，他的腳必站在耶路撒冷前面朝東的橄欖山上。這山必從中間分裂，自東至西成為極大的谷。山的一半向北挪移，一半向南挪移。

故此，耶和華說：我的僕人雅各啊，不要懼怕；以色列啊，不要驚惶；因我要從遠方拯救你，從被擄到之地拯救你的後裔；雅各必回來得享平靖安逸，無人使他害怕。

他使我躺臥在青草地上，領我在可安歇的水邊。
