In that day I will make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, the birds in the sky and the creatures that move along the ground. Bow and sword and battle I will abolish from the land, so that all may lie down in safety.

At that time I will make a covenant for the good of my people. I will make it with the wild animals and the birds in the sky. It will also be made with the creatures that move along the ground. “‘我要跟他们立平安的约，除去地上的恶兽，让他们在旷野安居，在丛林安睡。

“‘以色列各城邑的居民都要出去捡兵器当柴烧，其中包括大小的盾牌、弓箭、矛枪等，足够用七年。他们不必到田间拾柴，或到林中伐木，因为有兵器当燃料。他们要抢夺那些抢夺过他们的人，掳掠那些掳掠过他们的人。这是主耶和华说的。

在他掌权的日子，犹大必得拯救，以色列必国泰民安。他将被称为‘耶和华是我们的公义’。”

那时，豺狼和绵羊羔同住，豹子和山羊羔同卧，牛犊和狮子同群，小孩子可以照看它们。牛与熊一起吃喝，小牛和小熊一起躺卧，狮子像牛一样吃草。吃奶的婴孩在毒蛇的洞口玩耍，断奶的孩子把手伸进蛇洞。在我的整个圣山上，它们都不伤人、不害物。认识耶和华的人必充满天下，就像水充满海洋一样。

祂必在各国施行审判，为列邦平息纷争。他们必将刀剑打成犁头，把矛枪制成镰刀。国与国不再刀兵相见，人们不用再学习战事。

你必与田间的石头立约，野兽必与你和平相处。

豺狼和绵羊必一起吃草，狮子必像牛一样吃草，蛇必以尘土为食。在我的整个圣山上，它们都不伤人，不害物。这是耶和华说的。”

祂平息天下的战争，祂断弓、折枪、烧毁盾牌。

到那日，狂妄的人将被挫败，骄傲的人将遭贬抑；唯独耶和华将受尊崇。

祂要在各民族中施行审判，为远方的强国断定是非。他们要把刀剑铸成犁头，把矛枪打成镰刀。国与国之间不再动刀枪，也不再学习战争。人人都安然坐在自己的葡萄树和无花果树下，不再担惊受怕。这是万军之耶和华亲口说的。

耶和华必做普世的王。到那天，必唯祂独尊，唯祂的名独尊。

安居在至高者隐秘处的人，必蒙全能者的荫庇。我要对耶和华说：“你是我的避难所，我的堡垒，是我所信靠的上帝。”祂必救你脱离猎人的网罗和致命的瘟疫。祂必用祂的羽毛遮盖你，用祂的双翼保护你，祂的信实是你的盾牌和壁垒。你必不惧怕黑夜的恐怖，或白日的飞箭，或黑暗中横行的瘟疫，或正午肆虐的灾难。尽管千人扑倒在你左边，万人扑倒在你右边，你必安然无恙。你必亲眼目睹恶人受惩罚。因为你以至高者耶和华——我的避难所作你的居所，祸患不会临到你身上，灾难不会靠近你的住处。因为祂必命令祂的天使随时随地保护你。天使会用手托住你，不让你的脚碰在石头上。你必将狮子和毒蛇踩在脚下，你必践踏猛狮和巨蛇。

到那日，狂妄的人必被挫败，骄傲的人必遭贬抑，唯独耶和华受尊崇。

我必铲除以法莲的战车，铲除耶路撒冷的战马，战弓必被折断。祂必向列国宣告和平，祂必统治四海之疆，从幼发拉底河直到地极。

到那天，许多国家都要归向耶和华，做祂的子民。祂要住在你里面。那时，你便知道是万军之耶和华差遣我到你们这里来的。

到那天，你们将各自邀请邻居坐在葡萄树和无花果树下。这是万军之耶和华说的。’”

你们要打粮食打到摘葡萄的时候，摘葡萄摘到播种的时候。你们必丰衣足食，安然居住。“我要使你们得享太平，安枕无忧。我要除掉你们境内的猛兽，也要使你们免遭刀剑之灾。

到那日，犹大境内的人必唱这首歌：“我们有一座坚城，耶和华使祂的拯救成为保护我们的城墙和屏障。

那时，犹大必得到拯救，耶路撒冷必安享太平并被称为‘耶和华是我们的义’。

到那天，祂的脚必踏在耶路撒冷东面的橄榄山上，这山必从东至西分成两半，一半向北移，一半向南移，中间形成极大的山谷。

“我的仆人雅各啊，不要害怕；以色列人啊，不要惊骇。这是耶和华说的。因为我必从远方，从你们流亡之地拯救你们，使你们重归故土，得享安宁，不受他人惊吓。

祂让我安歇在青草地上，领我到幽静的溪水旁。
