For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance— now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.

This was to demonstrate his righteousness, because God in his forbearance had passed over the sins previously committed.This was also to demonstrate his righteousness in the present time, so that he would be just and the justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness.

and he entered once for all into the Most Holy Place not by the blood of goats and calves but by his own blood, and so he himself secured eternal redemption.

For you need endurance in order to do God’s will and so receive what is promised.

For there is one God and one intermediary between God and humanity, Christ Jesus, himself human,

and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.

accordingly Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant.

For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.

Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, partners in a heavenly calling, take note of Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess,

And so, since we have been justified by his grace, we become heirs with the confident expectation of eternal life.”

And, after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace who called you to his eternal glory in Christ will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

in hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the ages began.

When he speaks of a new covenant, he makes the first obsolete. Now what is growing obsolete and aging is about to disappear.Now the first covenant, in fact, had regulations for worship and its earthly sanctuary.

And whoever has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life.

Happy is the one who endures testing, because when he has proven to be genuine, he will receive the crown of life that God promised to those who love him.

So I endure all things for the sake of those chosen by God, that they too may obtain salvation in Christ Jesus and its eternal glory.

But now Jesus has obtained a superior ministry, since the covenant that he mediates is also better and is enacted on better promises.For if that first covenant had been faultless, no one would have looked for a second one.But showing its fault, God says to them,“ Look, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will complete a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.

He called you to this salvation through our gospel, so that you may possess the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

and they were singing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one was able to learn the song except the one hundred and forty- four thousand who had been redeemed from the earth.These are the ones who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed from humanity as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb,

For the payoff of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

These all died in faith without receiving the things promised, but they saw them in the distance and welcomed them and acknowledged that they were strangers and foreigners on the earth.

Now this is the promise that he himself made to us: eternal life.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; no one will snatch them from my hand.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy he gave us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,that is, into an inheritance imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. It is reserved in heaven for you,

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, since we have been reconciled, will we be saved by his life?

Now after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one will be cut off and have nothing. As for the city and the sanctuary, the people of the coming prince will destroy them. But his end will come speedily like a flood. Until the end of the war that has been decreed there will be destruction.

I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.’

Now a certain ruler asked him,“ Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

Then the king will say to those on his right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

Now as Jesus was starting out on his way, someone ran up to him, fell on his knees, and said,“ Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

who made us adequate to be servants of a new covenant not based on the letter but on the Spirit, for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

even us, whom he has called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?

The LORD watches over the innocent day by day and they possess a permanent inheritance.

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace

But God demonstrates his own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Though the LORD desired to crush him and make him ill, once restitution is made, he will see descendants and enjoy long life, and the LORD’s purpose will be accomplished through him.Having suffered, he will reflect on his work, he will be satisfied when he understands what he has done.“ My servant will acquit many, for he carried their sins.So I will assign him a portion with the multitudes, he will divide the spoils of victory with the powerful, because he willingly submitted to death and was numbered with the rebels, when he lifted up the sin of many and intervened on behalf of the rebels.”

For where there is a will, the death of the one who made it must be proven.
