The law didn’t make anything perfect. Now a better hope has been given to us. That hope brings us near to God.

Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.

which is a symbol for the present time. Accordingly both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make the worshiper perfect in conscience,

and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses.

For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,

so that by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us.

nevertheless, knowing that a person is not justified by works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the Law; since by works of the Law no flesh will be justified.

For the Law, since it has only a shadow of the good things to come and not the form of those things itself, can never, by the same sacrifices which they offer continually every year, make those who approach perfect.

But now in Christ Jesus you who previously were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall,by abolishing in His flesh the hostility, which is the Law composed of commandments expressed in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two one new person, in this way establishing peace;and that He might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the hostility.And He came and preached peace to you who were far away, and peace to those who were near;for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

through whom we also have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we celebrate in hope of the glory of God.

But as for me, the nearness of God is good for me; I have made the Lord God my refuge, So that I may tell of all Your works.

to whom God willed to make known what the wealth of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles is, the mystery that is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Therefore the Law has become our guardian to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.

So if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood( for on the basis of it the people received the Law), what further need was there for another priest to arise according to the order of Melchizedek, and not be designated according to the order of Aaron?

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Savior, and of Christ Jesus, who is our hope,

Jesus* said to him,“ I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.

because God had provided something better for us, so that apart from us they would not be made perfect.

Therefore He is also able to save forever those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him.

For the Law was given through Moses; grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.

because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin.But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,

But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, to the extent that He is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, through His flesh,and since we have a great priest over the house of God,let’s approach God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
