因为我们作战所用的兵器，不是属于这世界的，而是在神面前有能力的，可以攻陷坚固的堡垒，攻破诡辩，和做来阻挡人认识神的一切高墙，并且把一切心意夺回来，顺服基督。

凡被光揭露的，都是显而易见的。

愿称赞神的话常在他们口中；愿他们手里拿着两刃的剑，

主是活石，虽然被人弃绝，却是神所拣选所珍贵的；你们到他面前来，也就像活石，被建造成为灵宫，作圣洁的祭司，藉着耶稣基督献上蒙神悦纳的灵祭。

我坐下，我起来，你都知道；你在远处就明白我的意念。

如果大家都讲道，有未信的人或不明白的人进来，他就会被众人劝服而知罪，被众人审问了。他心里隐秘的事被显露出来，他就必俯伏敬拜神，宣告说：“神真的是在你们中间了。”

其余的人都被那位骑白马的口中所吐出来的剑杀了。所有飞鸟都吃饱了他们的肉。

所以，你应当悔改；如果不悔改，我就很快地来到你们那里，用我口中的剑跟他们作战。

他们祷告完了，聚会的地方震动起来，他们都被圣灵充满，放胆传讲神的道。

你们要记念那些领导过你们，把神的道传给你们的人；你们要观察他们一生的成果，要效法他们的信心。

我又看见一些宝座，有人坐在上面，他们得了审判的权柄。我也看见那些因为替耶稣作见证，并且因为神的道而被斩首的人的灵魂。他们没有拜过兽或兽像，也没有在额上或手上受过兽的记号。他们都复活了，与基督一同作王一千年。

我必以死亡击杀她的儿女；众教会就都知道我是察验人肺腑心肠的，我要照着你们的行为报应你们各人。

“这比喻是说，种子是神的道，

愿赐平安的神亲自使你们完全成圣，又愿你们整个人：灵、魂和身体都得蒙保守，在我们的主耶稣基督再来的时候，无可指摘。

大能者啊！愿你腰间佩上刀，彰显你的尊荣和威严。

他凭着自己的旨意，藉着真理的道生了我们，使我们作他所造的万物中初熟的果子。

他们听了以后，觉得扎心，就对彼得和其余的使徒说：“弟兄们，我们应当作什么呢？”

却要以公义审判贫穷人，以正直判断地上的困苦人；以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀死恶人。

却把暗昧可耻的事弃绝了；不行诡诈，不掺混神的道，反而藉着显扬真理，在神面前把自己推荐给众人的良心。

我们不像那许多的人，为了图利而谬讲神的道。相反地，我们讲话，是出于真诚，出于神，是在神面前、在基督里的。

智慧人的言语像刺棒，他们所汇集的箴言像钉牢的钉子，都是一位牧者所赐的。

至终却苦似苦菫，快如两刃的剑。

耶和华必使你从锡安伸出能力的权杖，你要在你的仇敌中掌权。

但对那些蒙召的人，不论是犹太人或希腊人，基督是神的能力，神的智慧。

公议会的人听了，非常恼怒，就想要杀他们。
