耶和华说：“难道我的话不像火吗？不像击碎岩石的铁锤吗？”

同样，我口中所出的话也不会徒然返回，而是要成就我的旨意，实现我的计划。

要戴上救恩的头盔，紧握圣灵的宝剑——上帝的话。

你们获得重生，不是借着会腐烂的种子，而是借着不会腐烂的种子——上帝活泼永存的道。

祂使我的口像利剑，用祂的手护庇我；祂使我成为磨亮的箭，把我藏在祂的箭囊中。

你的话语一解明，就发出亮光，使愚人得到启迪。

祂右手拿着七颗星，口中吐出一把两刃的利剑，面貌如烈日放光。

我们不住地感谢上帝，因为你们从我们这里听了上帝的道后就接受了，确信这不是人的道理，而是上帝的道。这道正在你们信的人心里发挥作用。

我不以福音为耻，因为这福音是上帝的大能，要拯救一切相信的人，先是犹太人，然后是希腊人。

祂口中吐出一把利剑，可以攻击列国。祂必用铁杖统治他们，踩踏盛满全能上帝之烈怒的榨酒池。

我耶和华鉴察人心，察看人的意念，按照人的行为报应人。”

我们争战的兵器不是属血气的，乃是从上帝而来的能力，可以摧毁坚固的营垒，击破一切的谬论和阻碍人们认识上帝的骄傲言论，夺回被掳去的心思意念，使其顺服基督。

然而，一切的事被光一照，都会真相大白，

愿他们高声颂赞耶和华，手握两刃利剑向列国复仇，在列邦中施行惩罚，

主是活石，虽然被人弃绝，却被上帝拣选、视为宝贵。你们也如同活石，被用来建造属灵的宫殿，好做圣洁的祭司，借着耶稣基督献上蒙上帝悦纳的灵祭。

我或坐下或起来，你都知道，你从远处就知道我的心思意念。

但如果你们都做先知讲道，偶然有非信徒或是不懂方言的人进来，他会醒悟到自己的罪，良心受到谴责，心中的秘密也会显露出来，便会俯伏敬拜上帝，说：“上帝真的在你们当中！”

我就是天上降下来的生命之粮，人吃了这粮，必永远活着。我将要赐下的粮就是我的肉，是为了让世人得到生命。”

怪兽的残兵纷纷被白马骑士口中的利剑所杀，飞鸟饱餐了他们的肉。

所以你要悔改，否则我必迅速到你那里，用我口中的剑攻击他们。

祷告完后，聚会的地方震动起来，他们都被圣灵充满，放胆传扬上帝的道。

你们要记住从前带领你们、把上帝的道传给你们的人，留心观察他们一生如何行事为人，效法他们的信心。

我看见许多宝座，上面坐着的人得到了审判的权柄。他们是为基督做见证、为了上帝的道而被斩首之人的灵魂。他们没有拜兽和兽像，额上或手上也没有盖兽印。他们都一同复活，与基督同掌王权一千年。

我要击杀她的爪牙，使众教会都知道我洞察人的心思意念，我要照你们各人的行为对待你们。

这个比喻的意思是这样，种子代表上帝的道，

愿赐平安的上帝使你们完全圣洁！愿祂保守你们的灵、魂、体，使你们在主耶稣基督再来的时候无可指责！

伟大的王啊，佩上你的宝剑，你是何等尊贵、威严！

祂按照自己的旨意，借着真道重生了我们，使我们在祂所造的万物之中好像初熟的果实。

他们听了彼得的话，觉得扎心，就对彼得和其他使徒说：“弟兄们，我们该怎么办呢？”

而是按公义审判贫穷人，以公正为受苦者断案。他必用口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀戮恶人。

我们弃绝了见不得人的可耻行为，不用狡诈的手段，不曲解上帝的道，而是把真理讲解明白，好让大家的良心在上帝面前为我们作证。

我们并不像许多人为了谋利而出卖上帝的道。我们是上帝差遣的，在上帝面前靠着基督诚诚实实地讲道。

智者的言语好像赶牛的刺棍，他们收集的箴言像钉稳的钉子一样牢靠，都是一位牧者所赐的。

最后却苦如艾草，锋利似双刃剑。

耶和华必从锡安扩展你的王权，你必统管你的仇敌。

但对于蒙召的人，无论是犹太人还是希腊人，基督是上帝的能力、上帝的智慧。

他们听了，怒气冲天，打算杀掉使徒。
