因為罪利用誡命趁機引誘我，而且藉著誡命殺了我。

其實每個受到誘惑的人都是受自己的私慾慫恿和誘惑。

就應該與從前的生活方式一刀兩斷，脫去因私慾的迷惑而漸漸敗壞的舊人，

你住在懸崖峭壁間，住在高山上，自以為誰也不能把你拉下來，但你的驕傲欺騙了你。

他們以灰為食，心智迷糊，走入歧途，不能自救，也不會說：「我右手拿的神像不是假的嗎？」

愚人心中自以為是，憑智慧行事的平安穩妥。

所以你們要用這些話彼此鼓勵。

你們也知道，我們對待你們就像父親對待自己的孩子一樣。

他到達後，看見上帝所賜的恩典，就萬分高興，勸勉他們要全心地忠於主。
