以信而設逾越節、及灑血禮、免滅長子者及於民、

今耶穌得更美之執事、以其為中保於愈善之約、乃於愈善之許而立者、

亞伯以信而獻祭於上帝、較該隱尤善、由是得證為義、即上帝因其禮而證之、且由此信雖死猶言、

蓋上帝惟一、上帝與人之間、中保亦惟一、是亦人也、即基督耶穌也、

則宜以誠心篤信而進、心被灑以除是非之謬誤、身亦為清水所滌、

斯乃我血、即盟約之血、為眾而流、以赦罪者也、

致世間所流義人之血、悉歸於爾、即自義人亞伯之血、至爾所殺於殿壇間、巴拉加子撒迦利亞之血、

依父上帝預知而蒙選、由聖神而成聖、以致順服、灑以耶穌基督之血者、願恩惠平康、益增於爾、○

餐後、取杯亦然、曰、此杯乃新約、以我血為爾流者也、

耶和華曰、時日將至、我與以色列家、及猶大家、必立新約、非依我與其祖之約、即援其手、導出埃及時所立者、我雖為其夫、彼乃背我約、耶和華言之矣、耶和華曰、斯日以後、我與以色列家所立之約、乃以我律賦其衷、銘其心、我為彼上帝、彼為我民、

又以血灑幕及供事之器、

如是、則耶穌為愈善之約之中保矣、

願平康之上帝、曾以永約之血、使羣羊之大牧、我主耶穌、自死復生、

耶穌曰、斯乃我血、即盟約之血、為眾而流者、

即自亞伯之血、至亡於殿壇間撒迦利亞之血也、我語汝、必於此代而討焉、

惟視其有缺、則曰、主云、日將至矣、我與以色列家、及猶大家必立新約、

側耳就我、諦聽我言、則可得生、我與爾立永約、即所許大衛之實惠、
