to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.

You have come to Jesus. He is the go- between of a new covenant. You have come to the sprinkled blood. It promises better things than the blood of Abel.

为此，基督做了新约的中保，藉着死赎清了人在第一个约之下的过犯，好使那些蒙召的人可以得到所应许的永恒继业。

耶和华说：“你做了什么呢？你弟弟的血从地里发声向我呼叫。

因着信，他立了逾越节和洒血的礼，免得那毁灭长子的碰以色列人。

但如今，耶稣得了更尊贵的服事工作，就像他也是更美好之约的中保那样；这约建立在各样更美好的应许之上。

因着信，亚伯向神献上的祭物比该隐所献的更好，就藉着信受到了赞许成为义人，因为神赞许他的礼物。他虽然死了，但藉着信仍然说话。

要知道，神只有一位，在神和人之间的中保也只有一位，就是成为人的基督耶稣；

既然我们的心被血洒过，脱离了罪恶感，身体也被清水洗净了，就让我们怀着真诚的心，以确信不移的信仰近前来；

因为这是我的血，是为立约的，为许多人所流的，使罪得赦免。

所以，从义人亚伯的血起，直到你们在圣所和祭坛之间所杀的巴拉加的儿子撒迦利亚的血为止，在地上所流的义人的血都要归在你们身上。

就是按照父神的预知，藉着圣灵分别为圣，以致顺从耶稣基督，又蒙他宝血所洒的人：愿恩典与平安多多地加给你们！

晚餐后，他也照样拿起杯来，说：“这杯是用我的血所立的新约，为你们所流的。

然后，他又同样地把血洒在会幕和服事用的所有器皿上。

既然如此，耶稣也就成了更美好之约的保证人。

愿赐平安的神，就是藉着永恒之约的血，把群羊的大牧人我们的主耶稣从死人中领上来的那一位，

耶稣对他们说：“这是我的血，是为立约的，为许多人所流的。

就是从亚伯的血起，直到在祭坛和圣所之间被杀的撒迦利亚的血为止。“是的，我告诉你们：这世代将要为此被追讨。

因为神指责说：“看哪，时候就要到了！主说，我要与以色列家和犹大家订立新约。

你们要侧耳听，来到我这里；你们要听，就得以存活。我必与你们立永远的约，就是给大卫的信实慈爱的约。
