因為你們上了的並不是一個可摸觸的山：那裏有燒𤏲的火、與昏黑幽冥和旋風、

你們並不是來到了摸得著的山、燃燒著的火、陰雲、幽暗、風暴、

夫爾非至可捫火炎之山、及幽冥、昏暗、暴風、

爾所至者、非有形之山、在彼火焰靉靆、幽暗暴風、

應知爾今所陟者、非一有形之山、其上有火焰靉靆、幽冥暴風。

You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm;

You haven’t come to a mountain that can be touched. You haven’t come to a mountain burning with fire. You haven’t come to darkness, gloom and storm.

For you have not come to what may be touched, a blazing fire and darkness and gloom and a tempest

You have not come to a physical mountain, to a place of flaming fire, darkness, gloom, and whirlwind, as the Israelites did at Mount Sinai.

For you have not come to what could be touched, to a blazing fire, to darkness, gloom, and storm,

其時爾眾立於山下、山上火焰沖天、有晦冥密雲幽暗、

眾民見雷電交作、角鳴甚厲、山上騰煙、遂退而遠立、

以上諸言、主在山上由火中雲中幽暗中、大聲諭爾全會、此外無他言、主即將此言書於二石板而授於我、當時烈火焚山、聲由晦冥出、爾既聞之、爾支派牧伯及爾長老至我前、曰、主我之天主顯其榮光大威、俾我目睹、我儕又聞其聲由火中出、今日始知天主與人言、人猶得生存、然我恐此大火燬我、何必冒死、如我再聞主我天主之聲、則必死亡、世人中曾有何人、聽永生天主之聲由火中出、如我所聞而猶能生乎、

主之榮光在山巔、狀如烈火、在以色列人目前、

蓋天主所賜我儕、非畏懼之心、乃剛勇仁愛自守之心、

爾曹所受之神、非使爾自視為奴、致仍畏懼、爾曹所受之神、乃使爾自視為子、我儕由之而呼阿巴、父也、

若定罪之役有榮、則稱義之役更榮、

當在山四圍、為民定界、諭之曰、謹慎、毋登山、毋近山旁、凡近山者、必死無赦、毋以手捫山、凡捫之者、或擊以石、或射以矢、無論人畜皆不能生、迨角揚聲、始可登山、摩西下山至民處、使民潔己滌衣、又諭民曰、當預備第三日、毋近妻、至第三日黎明、山上有雷電密雲、角聲甚厲、營中之民、無不戰慄、摩西率民出營以迎天主、立於山下、主於火中降臨西乃山、遍山皆煙、煙燄上騰、如窰之煙、全山大震、角聲漸宏、其鳴愈厲、或作角鳴愈久音響愈宏摩西發言、天主大聲相應、主降臨於西乃山巔、召摩西登山巔、摩西登焉、主諭摩西曰、爾下戒民、毋越界近我前以窺、恐其有多人死亡、即得近我前之祭司、亦當自潔、免我顯威懲之、原文作恐耶和華突出而擊之下同

爾曹不屬律法、乃屬恩寵、故罪不復轄爾、○
