但如果它长出荆棘和蒺藜，就没有用处了，很快就要被诅咒，它的结局就是被焚烧。

那时候，我要向他们宣告：‘我从来不认识你们。离开我，你们这些作恶的人！’

以撒祝福完雅各，雅各刚从父亲以撒面前离去，他哥哥以扫就打猎回来了。以扫也做了美食，拿给他父亲，对父亲说：“我父啊，请起来，吃你儿子的野味，好为我祝福。”他父亲以撒对他说：“你是谁呢？”他说：“我是你的儿子，你的长子以扫。”以撒就大大战兢，说：“是谁打了野味，刚刚拿给我呢？在你来之前，我已经全吃了；我也祝福了那人，他将来必蒙祝福。”以扫听了他父亲的话，就极其痛苦地号啕大哭，对父亲说：“我父啊，祝福我，也祝福我吧！”以撒说：“你弟弟心怀诡计地前来，已经夺取了你的祝福。”以扫说：“他的名字叫雅各不是名副其实吗？他两次都欺骗了我：他先夺取了我长子的名份，看哪，他现在又夺取了我的祝福！”以扫又说：“难道你没有留下什么祝福给我吗？”以撒就回答以扫，说：“看哪，我已经立他为你的主人，又把他所有的兄弟给他为仆人，并把五谷和新酒供给了他。我儿啊，现在我还能为你做什么呢？”以扫对他父亲说：“我父啊，难道你只有这一个祝福吗？我父啊，求你也祝福我！”以扫就放声大哭。他父亲以撒回答他，说：“看哪，你居住之处必远离地上的丰饶，远离天上的甘露。你必靠着你的刀剑生存，也必服事你的弟弟；到了你奋起反抗的时候，你必从颈项上挣脱他的轭。”以扫因父亲祝福了雅各，就怨恨雅各。以扫对自己说：“为父亲举哀的日子临近了，之后我就要杀死弟弟雅各。”

“你们要为进窄门而争战，因为我告诉你们：将有许多人想要进去，却是不能。等到那家的主人起来关了门，你们才开始站在外面敲门，说：‘主啊，请给我们开门！’主人就会回答你们，说：‘我不知道你们是从哪里来的。’那时你们就开始说：‘我们曾经在你面前吃过、喝过，你也曾经在我们的大街上教导过！’他要对你们说：‘我不知道你们是从哪里来的。离开我，你们所有不义的工人！’

原来，如果有人蒙过一次光照、尝过属天恩赐的滋味、曾经与圣灵有份、尝过神美善的话语和将要来临之世代的权能，却背弃了真理，就不可能再次更新以至于悔改了。因为他们亲自把神的儿子再次钉上十字架，公然羞辱他。

既然我呼唤了，你们拒绝，我伸出了手，没有人留心，你们忽视了我一切的劝告，也没有接受我的责备；那么，你们遭难时，我就讥笑；你们的恐惧临到时，我就嘲笑——那时，恐惧像风暴那样临到，灾难像旋风那样来临，患难和困苦临到你们身上。那时，他们将呼求我，我却不回应；他们将切切寻找我，却找不到。正是因为他们恨恶知识，没有选择敬畏耶和华，没有接受我的劝告，藐视了我一切的责备，所以他们将吃尽自己行为的果实，饱尝自己计谋的后果。

要知道，我们领受了真理的知识以后，如果还故意犯罪，就不再有赎罪的祭物被保留下来；只保留了对审判的可怕等待，和那将要吞灭敌对者的嫉恨之火。任何拒绝摩西律法的人，凭两个或三个见证人的见证，就得不到怜悯而死，何况一个人践踏了神的儿子，把那使自己成圣的立约之血看做是俗物，又侮辱了恩典的圣灵，你们想想，这个人难道不该受更厉害的惩罚吗？
