以諾有信、不死而接於天、為上帝所接、後人不復見之、未接之先、見悅於上帝、而獲嘉許、

以諾有信、得不死而接於天、天主既接之、人不復見之、未接之先、已得見悅於天主之證、

伊諾被攝昇天、未嘗見死、蓋「天主攝之、人間無得而再遇、」是亦信德之效也。何則、彼於被攝之前、固已得見悅於天主之明證。

By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death:“ He could not be found, because God had taken him away.” For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.

Enoch had faith. So he was taken from this life. He didn’t die.“ He couldn’t be found, because God had taken him away.”( Genesis 5:24) Before God took him, Enoch was praised as one who pleased God.

By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God.

以諾活到六十五歲，生了瑪土撒拉。以諾生瑪土撒拉之後，與神同行三百年，並且生兒育女。以諾共活了三百六十五年。以諾與神同行，神把他接去，他就不在了。

他們邊走邊說話的時候，看哪，有火馬和火焰車出現，把二人隔開，以利亞就乘旋風升天去了。

誰能常活不見死亡、救自己脫離陰間的掌控呢？（細拉）

我實實在在地告訴你們，人若遵守我的道，就永遠不經歷死亡。」於是猶太人對他說：「現在我們知道你是被鬼附了。亞伯拉罕死了，眾先知也死了，你還說：『人若遵守我的道，就永遠不經歷死亡。』

沒有信，就不能討神的喜悅，因為到神面前來的人必須信有神，並且信他會賞賜尋求他的人。

對他說：「看哪，僕人這裏有五十個壯士，請你讓他們去尋找你師父，或者耶和華的靈將他提起來，投在某山某谷。」以利沙說：「你們不必派人去。」他們再三催促，直到他不好意思，就說：「你們派人去吧！」他們就派了五十個人去，尋找了三天，也沒有找着他。

亞當的七世孫以諾曾預言這些人說：「看哪，主帶着他的千萬聖者來臨，

從各民族、支派、語言、邦國中有人觀看他們的屍首三天半，又不許人把屍首安放在墳墓裏。住在地上的人會因他們而歡喜快樂，互相饋送禮物，因為這兩位先知曾使住在地上的人受痛苦。過了這三天半，有生命的氣息從神那裏進入他們裏面，他們就站起來；看見他們的人都大大懼怕。兩位先知聽見有大聲音從天上對他們說：「上這裏來。」他們就駕着雲上了天，他們的仇敵也看見了。

拉麥是瑪土撒拉的兒子，瑪土撒拉是以諾的兒子，以諾是雅列的兒子，雅列是瑪勒列的兒子，瑪勒列是該南的兒子，該南是以挪士的兒子，

因着信，我們知道這宇宙是藉神的話造成的。這樣，看得見的是從看不見的造出來的。因着信，亞伯獻祭給神比該隱所獻的更美，因此獲得了讚許為義人，神親自悅納了他的禮物。他雖然死了，卻因這信仍舊在說話。

屬肉體的人無法使神喜悅。如果神的靈住在你們裏面，你們就不屬肉體，而是屬聖靈了。人若沒有基督的靈，就不是屬基督的。

但神既然認定我們經得起考驗，把福音託付我們，我們就照着傳講，不是要討人喜歡，而是要討那考驗我們的心的神喜歡。

王吩咐王的兒子耶拉篾、亞斯列的兒子西萊雅和亞伯疊的兒子示利米雅，去捉拿巴錄文士和耶利米先知；耶和華卻將他們隱藏起來。
