‘ This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.’

‘ That is what I promised you when you came out of Egypt. My Spirit continues to be with you. So do not be afraid.’ ”

according to the covenant that I made with you when you came out of Egypt. My Spirit remains in your midst. Fear not.

My Spirit remains among you, just as I promised when you came out of Egypt. So do not be afraid.’

‘ As for the promise which I made you when you came out of Egypt, My Spirit remains in your midst; do not fear!’

‘ According to the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remains among you; do not fear!’

according to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, and my Spirit abode among you: fear ye not.

“ This is the promise I made to you when you came out of Egypt, and My Spirit is present among you; don’t be afraid.”

[ According to] the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.

‘ Do not fear, because I made a promise to your ancestors when they left Egypt, and my spirit even now testifies to you.’

This is the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, and my Spirit lived among you.‘ Don’t be afraid.’

You sent your good Spirit to instruct them. You did not withhold your manna from their mouths, and you gave them water for their thirst.

I will dwell among the Israelites and be their God.And they will know that I am the LORD their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, so that I might dwell among them. I am the LORD their God.

And the LORD responded,“ Look, I am making a covenant. In the presence of all your people I will perform wonders that have never been done in the whole earth or in any nation. All the people you live among will see the LORD’s work, for what I am doing with you is awe-inspiring.

As you have been a curse among the nations, house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you will be a blessing. Don’t be afraid; let your hands be strong.”

“ so I have resolved again in these days to do what is good to Jerusalem and the house of Judah. Don’t be afraid.

Moses said to the LORD,“ Look, you have told me,‘ Lead this people up,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You said,‘ I know you by name, and you have also found favor with me.’Now if I have indeed found favor with you, please teach me your ways, and I will know you, so that I may find favor with you. Now consider that this nation is your people.”And he replied,“ My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”

For I am the LORD your God, who holds your right hand, who says to you,“ Do not fear, I will help you.

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand.

Moses immediately knelt low on the ground and worshiped.

Do not banish me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.Restore the joy of your salvation to me, and sustain me by giving me a willing spirit.

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever.He is the Spirit of truth. The world is unable to receive him because it doesn’t see him or know him. But you do know him, because he remains with you and will be in you.

When I saw him, I fell at his feet like a dead man. He laid his right hand on me and said,“ Don’t be afraid. I am the First and the Last,

The angel told the women,“ Don’t be afraid, because I know you are looking for Jesus who was crucified.

and said,‘ Don’t be afraid, Paul. It is necessary for you to appear before Caesar. And indeed, God has graciously given you all those who are sailing with you.’

Then the LORD descended in the cloud and spoke to him. He took some of the Spirit who was on Moses and placed the Spirit on the seventy elders. As the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied, but they never did it again.Two men had remained in the camp, one named Eldad and the other Medad; the Spirit rested on them— they were among those listed, but had not gone out to the tent— and they prophesied in the camp.A young man ran and reported to Moses,“ Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.”Joshua son of Nun, assistant to Moses since his youth, responded,“ Moses, my lord, stop them!”But Moses asked him,“ Are you jealous on my account? If only all the LORD’s people were prophets and the LORD would place his Spirit on them!”

You were patient with them for many years, and your Spirit warned them through your prophets, but they would not listen. Therefore, you handed them over to the surrounding peoples.

The LORD said to Joshua,“ Do not be afraid or discouraged. Take all the troops with you and go attack Ai. Look, I have handed over to you the king of Ai, his people, city, and land.

So he answered me,“ This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by strength or by might, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD of Armies.

You do not have to fight this battle. Position yourselves, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD. He is with you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Tomorrow, go out to face them, for the LORD is with you.’”

Then he remembered the days of the past, the days of Moses and his people. Where is he who brought them out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? Where is he who put his Holy Spirit among the flock?He made his glorious strength available at the right hand of Moses, divided the water before them to make an eternal name for himself,and led them through the depths like a horse in the wilderness, so that they did not stumble.Like cattle that go down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD gave them rest. You led your people this way to make a glorious name for yourself.
