昔諸昆仲、待汝不善、吾今令爾宥其過、惟我儕為汝父上帝之僕、請赦我罪、約瑟聞言而哭。

‘你们要对约瑟这样说：从前你哥哥们恶待你，求你饶恕他们的过犯和罪恶。’如今求你饶恕你父亲神之仆人的过犯。”他们对约瑟说这话，约瑟就哭了。

‘你们要对约瑟这样说：从前你哥哥们恶待你，你要饶恕他们的过犯和罪恶。’现在求你饶恕你父亲的上帝之仆人们的过犯。”他们对约瑟说了这话，约瑟就哭了。

‘你们要对约瑟这样说：从前你哥哥们恶待你，你要饶恕他们的过犯和罪恶。’现在求你饶恕你父亲的神之仆人们的过犯。”他们对约瑟说了这话，约瑟就哭了。

‘从前你哥哥们恶待你，求你饶恕他们的罪恶和过犯。’我们是你父亲的上帝的仆人，求你饶恕我们的罪恶。”约瑟听见这些话，就哭了。

「你們要對約瑟這樣說：從前你哥哥們以惡待你；懇求你饒恕他們的過犯和罪惡」：如今求你饒恕你父親的上帝之僕人的過犯。』他們對約瑟說話的時候，約瑟哭了。

『你們要對約瑟這樣說：從前你哥哥們惡待你，求你饒恕他們的過犯和罪惡。』現在求你饒恕你父親之神的僕人們的過犯。」他們對約瑟說這話時，約瑟就哭了。

當謂約瑟曰、昔諸昆惡待於爾、請宥諸昆之罪、我儕為汝父上帝之僕、請赦我過、言間、約瑟哭焉、

當如是語約瑟云、昔爾諸兄待爾不善、我命爾赦其過、宥其罪、我儕為爾父之天主之僕、今求赦我罪、諸兄向約瑟言之、約瑟哭、

‘ This is what you are to say to Joseph: I ask you to forgive your brothers the sins and the wrongs they committed in treating you so badly.’ Now please forgive the sins of the servants of the God of your father.” When their message came to him, Joseph wept.

He said,‘ Here’s what you must say to Joseph. Tell him,“ I’m asking you to forgive your brothers. Forgive the terrible things they did to you. Forgive them for treating you so badly.” ’ Now then, please forgive our sins. We serve the God of your father.” When their message came to Joseph, he wept.

‘ Say to Joseph,“ Please forgive the transgression of your brothers and their sin, because they did evil to you.”’ And now, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of your father.” Joseph wept when they spoke to him.

to say to you:‘ Please forgive your brothers for the great wrong they did to you— for their sin in treating you so cruelly.’ So we, the servants of the God of your father, beg you to forgive our sin.” When Joseph received the message, he broke down and wept.

‘ Say this to Joseph: Please forgive your brothers’ transgression and their sin— the suffering they caused you.’ Therefore, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of your father.” Joseph wept when their message came to him.

‘ This is what you shall say to Joseph:“ Please forgive, I beg you, the offense of your brothers and their sin, for they did you wrong.” ’ And now, please forgive the offense of the servants of the God of your father.” And Joseph wept when they spoke to him.

‘ Thus you shall say to Joseph:“ I beg you, please forgive the trespass of your brothers and their sin; for they did evil to you.”’ Now, please, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of your father.” And Joseph wept when they spoke to him.

So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the transgression of thy brethren, and their sin, for that they did unto thee evil. And now, we pray thee, forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.

‘ Say this to Joseph: Please forgive your brothers’ transgression and their sin— the suffering they caused you.’ Therefore, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of your father.” Joseph wept when their message came to him.

So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.

‘ Tell Joseph this: Please forgive the sin of your brothers and the wrong they did when they treated you so badly.’ Now please forgive the sin of the servants of the God of your father.” When this message was reported to him, Joseph wept.

‘ You shall tell Joseph,“ Now please forgive the disobedience of your brothers, and their sin, because they did evil to you.”’ Now, please forgive the disobedience of the servants of the God of your father.” Joseph wept when they spoke to him.

爾免人過、天父亦免爾過、爾不免人過、天父亦不免爾過、○

宜各自言其罪、代之祈禱、以望疾瘳、蓋義者勤求無已、獲益不淺、

十徒聞之、則憾雅各約翰、

彼此仁愛、惠心、上帝緣基督赦爾罪、爾當互相赦罪焉、

爾惟潔淨、為上帝所選所愛之民、故當矜憫、仁慈、謙讓、溫柔、忍耐、倘有嫌隙、宜相恕相赦、基督赦爾罪、爾當如是焉、

王必謂之曰、我誠告爾、即行之於我兄弟至微之一、即行之於我也、○

有機可行善於眾、則行之、於信主之人尤急、

約瑟曰、爾來前、則皆前、曰、吾乃爾弟約瑟、昔爾鬻於埃及者。勿緣此自憂自恨、蓋上帝遣我、先爾而至、以保爾命。

我之至此、非爾所遣、上帝所遣、使我於法老尊同其父、兼司宗室、治理通國。

爾之待我、雖懷惡念、而上帝反使我有善遇、保兆人之命、至於今日。

自當謹慎、兄弟獲罪爾、則諫之、悔則免之、倘一日獲罪爾至七、一日自反至七、曰、我悔、爾必免之、○

爾父之上帝、眷祐於爾、全能之主、錫嘏於爾、天上之繁祉、地下之名泉、產育乳哺之福。

此小子之一、因其為吾徒、第以杯水飲之者、我誠告爾、彼必不失賞也、

我免人負、求免我負、

相語曰、昔吾儕因弟而獲罪、我見其乞憐、不諒其苦衷、置若罔聞、故遭此難。流便曰、我豈不曰、莫害孺子、惟爾不聽、故流厥血之罪、今歸於我。初約瑟與之言、藉譯以傳語、今十人各言方言、意約瑟不知、而約瑟已知之。退而哭復出與語、自眾中取西面、繫之於前。

自匿其非、不得納福、任過而改、可獲矜憫、

言於眾前曰、我昔犯罪、蹈於非義、所為無益、主援我、免於死亡、復睹光明。

我宗基督、得以所宜、侃侃命爾、然爾我素相愛、與其命爾、不如求爾、蓋我保羅今老矣、而為耶穌基督囚、我為縲絏中所得弟子阿尼西母求爾、彼始無益於爾、今爾我共受其益、此人我倚為心膂、今遣至爾、望爾晉接焉、我為傳福音、陷縲絏、故慾留之偕居、代爾事我、第未悉若意、我不敢為政、致爾之為善、非由力所強、乃由心所願、彼與爾今或暫相離、後必恆相聚、非仍為僕、較僕為大、可愛兄弟、尚與我甚密、況爾猶骨肉之親、實宗主之友乎、爾以我為友、則納彼猶納我、若彼有虧負於爾、則以我為歸、我保羅手書、我必償之、雖然、我無庸煩言、爾若償我負、即捐軀不為過、兄弟乎、宜宗主使我喜、按我心、

吾願遵此法者、及上帝之以色列民、得平康矜恤焉、

若爾眾不心赦兄弟之過、則我天父視爾亦將如是、

彼謀不軌、厥計不成兮、

使吾祖亞伯拉罕之上帝、吾父以撒所畏之上帝、不祐我、汝必棄我、絕無所得、惟上帝監我操作辛勤、故前夕責爾。○
