請法老付諸實施，指派監督們管理這地，在七個豐年中，徵收埃及地收成的五分之一。

眷顧貧弱者的，是蒙福的！在災禍的日子裡，耶和華必搭救他。

恩待人、借予人的，是有福之人，他秉公辦事；

他們說：「你使我們存活了；願我們在我主眼前蒙恩，我們必作法老的奴僕。」

他將收取你們穀物和葡萄園收成的十分之一，給他的內臣和臣僕們。他將帶走你們的男僕和婢女、你們優秀的青年人以及你們的驢子，為他做工。他將收取你們羊群的十分之一，連你們自己也將作他的奴僕。
