約瑟愛弟弟之情激動起來，就急忙去找個可哭的地方。於是他進了自己的內室，在那裡哭了一陣。他洗了面，然後出來，抑制著自己的感情，吩咐人說：“開飯吧。”

我已經很久緘默不言，閉口不語，但現在我要像待產的婦人一樣呼喊，我要急速地喘氣。

如果我說：“我不再提起他，也不再奉他的名說話”，他的話就像火在我心中焚燒，被困在我的骨裡；我不能再抑制，實在不能了。

不是顯現給所有的人看，而是給神預先揀選的見證人看，就是我們這些在他從死人中復活之後，與他一同吃喝的人。
