這樣看來，差我到這裏來的不是你們，乃是神。他又使我如法老的父，作他全家的主，並埃及全地的宰相。

你可以掌管我的家；我的民都必聽從你的話。惟獨在寶座上我比你大。」法老又對約瑟說：「我派你治理埃及全地。」

及至埃及全地有了饑荒，眾民向法老哀求糧食，法老對他們說：「你們往約瑟那裏去，凡他所說的，你們都要做。」當時饑荒遍滿天下，約瑟開了各處的倉，糶糧給埃及人；在埃及地饑荒甚大。

舉目觀看，見有三個人在對面站着。他一見，就從帳棚門口跑去迎接他們，俯伏在地，

那撒但一會的，自稱是猶太人，其實不是猶太人，乃是說謊話的，我要使他們來，在你腳前下拜，也使他們知道我是已經愛你了。

告訴他說：「約瑟還在，並且作埃及全地的宰相。」雅各心裏冰涼，因為不信他們。

那兩個天使晚上到了所多瑪；羅得正坐在所多瑪城門口，看見他們，就起來迎接，臉伏於地下拜，
