Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh,“ I remember my offenses today.

Finally, the king’s chief cup bearer spoke up.“ Today I have been reminded of my failure,” he told Pharaoh.

Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh,“ Today I remember my faults.

Then the chief cupbearer spoke to Pharaoh, saying,“ I would make mention today of my own offenses.

Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:

Yet the chief butler did not remember Joseph, but forgot him.

It came to pass after these things that the butler and the baker of the king of Egypt offended their Lord, the king of Egypt.And Pharaoh was angry with his two officers, the chief butler and the chief baker.So he put them in custody in the house of the captain of the guard, in the prison, the place where Joseph was confined.
