君夫人宜傾耳以聆、悉心以思兮、爾之鄉黨宗族、毋懸念兮、

曰、吾父不可、此乃長子、請按右手於其首。父不許、曰、吾子、我知之矣。此子亦將昌大、為一族之祖、惟季必超越於長、其裔必為群族祖。是日以色列為二子祝嘏、曰、斯後以色列族將為人祝曰、願上帝使爾福祉、若以法蓮、馬拿西然。於是立以法蓮於馬拿西之先。○

蒙爾之祐、變哀哭而踴躍、易齊衰而吉服兮、
