与女人通奸的，缺乏心智；行这事的，毁灭自己。他必受击打和羞辱，他的耻辱无法抹掉。

虽然淫妇的嘴唇滴落蜂房之蜜，她的唇齿比油更滑；但她的尽头，却苦涩如苦艾，锐利如双刃的刀剑；她的双脚下到死地，她的脚步踏入阴间；她不度量生命的路途，她的路径变迁不定，自己却不知道。孩子们哪，现在你们当听从我，不要偏离我口中的言语！当使你的道路远离那女人，不要靠近她家的门口；

我儿啊，要把你的心交给我，你的眼目要谨守我的道路！因为妓女是深深的坑，淫荡女子是狭窄的井。她甚至像强盗那样埋伏，使背信的男人增多。

我儿啊，你当谨守你父亲的诫命，不要撇弃你母亲的法则！你当把它们一直系在你的心上，把它们束在你的颈项上。你往来行走时，她就引导你；你躺下时，她就保守你；你醒来时，她就与你谈论；因为诫命是灯，法则是光，出于管教的责备是生命的道路，为要保守你远离作恶的女人，远离淫荡女子油滑的舌头。你心里不要贪爱她的美色，也不要被她的眼帘勾引。

这样就能保守你远离淫妇，远离说谄媚话的淫荡女子。

淫妇的口，是深深的坑；耶和华所恼怒的人，掉进那里。

朋友太多的人，会受损害；但有一知己，比兄弟更亲密。

我儿啊，如果罪人引诱你，你不要顺从！

愚昧的女人喧闹、无知，她什么都不明白。她坐在自己的家门口，在城高处的座位上，呼唤过路的人，就是那些在路上直行的人。她说：“谁是无知的人呢？让他转到我这里来！”又对那缺乏心智的人说：“偷来的水是甜的，暗中吃的饼是香的！”但那人不知道：阴魂就在那里；被她呼唤去的，都在阴间的深处。

那与邻人妻子同房的也是如此；所有碰她的，都难逃罪责。

你的心不要偏向她的道路，也不要迷失，进入她的路径。要知道，被她刺透而倒下的人有许多，连无数强者都被她杀死；她的家是阴间的通道，下到死亡的深处。

这也是要解救你远离淫妇，远离说谄媚话的淫荡女子——她离弃了年轻时的同伴，忘记了神的约；她的家必陷入死亡，她的路径必归入阴魂之地；所有到她那里去的，都不能回来，也不能踏上生命的路途。

因为智慧会进入你的心，知识会使你的灵魂欣喜；
