以扫说：“让我把跟随我的人留几个在你这里吧。”雅各说：“为什么要这样呢？只要我得我主的喜悦就是了。”

哈拿说：“愿你的婢女在你眼前蒙恩！”于是这妇人回去，并且吃饭，脸上再没有愁容。

请你收下我带来给你的礼物，因为神施恩给我，我什么都有了。”雅各再三恳求他，他才收下了。

摩押女子路得对拿俄米说：“让我到田里去，我在谁的眼前蒙恩，我就跟在谁的背后捡麦穗。”拿俄米说：“女儿啊，你尽管去。”

他们说：“你救了我们；愿我们在我主面前得蒙喜悦，我们就作法老的奴仆。”

神从我们父亲夺回来的一切财物，都是属于我们和我们的儿女的。现在神吩咐你的一切，你只管作吧。”

王对洗巴说：“看哪！凡属米非波设所有的，都归给你了。”洗巴说：“我叩拜我主我王，愿我在你眼前蒙恩！”

难道我说过‘请供给我’，或说‘取你们的财物馈赠我’吗？

于是，雅各变得非常富有，拥有很多羊群、仆婢、骆驼和驴。雅各听见拉班的众子谈论，说：“雅各把我们父亲所有的都夺去了，他这一切财物，都是从我们父亲的财产那里得来的。”
