And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

曰、容我去、天明矣、曰、不為我祝嘏、必不容爾去、

曰天將明矣、請釋我去。雅各曰、不為我祝嘏、必不容爾去。

其人曰、天將明矣、容我去、曰、爾不為我祝福、必不容爾去、

Then the man said,“ Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob replied,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then the man said,“ Let me go. It is morning.” But Jacob replied,“ I won’t let you go unless you bless me.”

Then he said,“ Let me go, for the day has broken.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then the man said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking!” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then he said to Jacob,“ Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then he said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.” But he said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

And He said,“ Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said,“ I will not let You go unless You bless me!”

And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

Then He said to Jacob,“ Let Me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let You go unless You bless me.”

Then the man said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.”“ I will not let you go,” Jacob replied,“ unless you bless me.”

The man said,“ Let me go, for the day breaks.” Jacob said,“ I won’t let you go unless you bless me.”

The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless[ us]; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.He will bless them that fear the LORD,[ both] small and great.

Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him[ in] Bethel, and there he spake with us;

For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

[ It was] but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother’s house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me.

God be merciful unto us, and bless us;[ and] cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.

And he spake a parable unto them[ to this end], that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep[ me] from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

[ Then] shall the earth yield her increase;[ and] God,[ even] our own God, shall bless us.God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

Thine head upon thee[ is] like Carmel, and the hair of thine head like purple; the king[ is] held in the galleries.

And[ there is] none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities.

And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

Let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under heaven: and I will make of thee a nation mightier and greater than they.

Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
