Then he said,“ Let me go, for the day has broken.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

那人说：“天亮了，让我走吧！”但雅各说：“你不祝福我，我就不让你走。”

那人说：“天快亮了，让我走吧。”雅各说：“如果你不给我祝福，我就不让你走。”

曰、容我去、天明矣、曰、不為我祝嘏、必不容爾去、

曰天將明矣、請釋我去。雅各曰、不為我祝嘏、必不容爾去。

其人曰、天將明矣、容我去、曰、爾不為我祝福、必不容爾去、

Then the man said,“ Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob replied,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then the man said,“ Let me go. It is morning.” But Jacob replied,“ I won’t let you go unless you bless me.”

Then the man said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking!” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then he said to Jacob,“ Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

Then he said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.” But he said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”

And He said,“ Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said,“ I will not let You go unless You bless me!”

And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

Then He said to Jacob,“ Let Me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let You go unless You bless me.”

And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

Then the man said,“ Let me go, for the dawn is breaking.”“ I will not let you go,” Jacob replied,“ unless you bless me.”

The man said,“ Let me go, for the day breaks.” Jacob said,“ I won’t let you go unless you bless me.”

The Lord has remembered us; he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron;he will bless those who fear the Lord, both the small and the great.

He strove with the angel and prevailed; he wept and sought his favor. He met God at Bethel, and there God spoke with us—

Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me.But he said to me,“ My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Scarcely had I passed them when I found him whom my soul loves. I held him, and would not let him go until I had brought him into my mother’s house, and into the chamber of her who conceived me.

May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah

And he told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.He said,“ In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor respected man.And there was a widow in that city who kept coming to him and saying,‘ Give me justice against my adversary.’For a while he refused, but afterward he said to himself,‘ Though I neither fear God nor respect man,yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will give her justice, so that she will not beat me down by her continual coming.’”And the Lord said,“ Hear what the unrighteous judge says.And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them?

Jabez called upon the God of Israel, saying,“ Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my border, and that your hand might be with me, and that you would keep me from harm so that it might not bring me pain!” And God granted what he asked.

Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them, in order that I may make a great nation of you.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to him who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence.

Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us.God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him!

Your head crowns you like Carmel, and your flowing locks are like purple; a king is held captive in the tresses.

There is no one who calls upon your name, who rouses himself to take hold of you; for you have hidden your face from us, and have made us melt in the hand of our iniquities.

So they drew near to the village to which they were going. He acted as if he were going farther,but they urged him strongly, saying,“ Stay with us, for it is toward evening and the day is now far spent.” So he went in to stay with them.

Let me alone, that I may destroy them and blot out their name from under heaven. And I will make of you a nation mightier and greater than they.’

Thus says the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and the one who formed him:“ Ask me of things to come; will you command me concerning my children and the work of my hands?
