神又對亞當說：「因為你聽從了你妻子的話，吃了我吩咐你『不可吃』的那棵樹的果實，土地就因你的緣故受詛咒；你一生所有的日子都必辛苦，才能從土地得吃的。

又对亚当说：“你既听从妻子的话，吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子，地必为你的缘故受咒诅；你必终身劳苦才能从地里得吃的。

又对亚当说：“你既听从你妻子的话，吃了那树上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的缘故受诅咒；你必终生劳苦才能从土地得吃的。

又对亚当说：“你既听从你妻子的话，吃了那树上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的缘故受诅咒；你必终生劳苦才能从土地得吃的。

耶和华上帝又对亚当说：“因为你听从妻子的话，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的果子，地必因你而受咒诅。你必终生艰辛劳苦，才能吃到地里出产的食物。

耶和华神又对亚当说：“因为你听从了你妻子的话，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子；地就必因你的缘故受咒诅；你必终生劳苦，才能从地里得吃的。

神又对亚当说：“因为你听从了你妻子的话，吃了我吩咐你‘不可吃’的那棵树的果实，土地就因你的缘故受诅咒；你一生所有的日子都必辛苦，才能从土地得吃的。

又對亞當說：你既聽從妻子的話，吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那樹上的果子，地必為你的緣故受咒詛；你必終身勞苦才能從地裏得吃的。

又對亞當說：「你既聽從你妻子的話，吃了那樹上所出的，就是我吩咐你不可吃的，土地必因你的緣故受詛咒；你必終生勞苦才能從土地得吃的。

耶和華上帝又對亞當說：「因為你聽從妻子的話，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的果子，地必因你而受咒詛。你必終生艱辛勞苦，才能吃到地裡出產的食物。

耶和華神又對亞當說：“因為你聽從了你妻子的話，吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那樹上的果子；地就必因你的緣故受咒詛；你必終生勞苦，才能從地裡得吃的。

對亞當永恆主上帝則說：『你既聽了你妻子的話，喫那樹上的果子，就是我吩咐你說：「不可喫」的，那麼土地就必因你的緣故而受咒詛；儘你一生的日子你必勞苦，才能從土地得喫的；

謂亞當曰、爾既聽婦言、食我所禁之果、土必緣爾見詛、爾畢生勤勞、食其所產、

謂亞當曰、既聽婦言、食我所禁之樹、故土緣爾見詛、爾畢生鬱伊、食其所產。

謂亞當曰、爾既聽婦言、食我所禁食之樹果、地必緣爾見詛、爾必畢生勞苦、始得食地之所產、

To Adam he said,“ Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ You must not eat from it,’“ Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life.

The Lord God said to Adam,“ You listened to your wife’s suggestion. You ate fruit from the tree I warned you about. I said,‘ You must not eat its fruit.’“ So I am putting a curse on the ground because of what you did. All the days of your life you will have to work hard. It will be painful for you to get food from the ground.

And to Adam he said,“ Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you,‘ You shall not eat of it,’ cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life;

And to the man he said,“ Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree whose fruit I commanded you not to eat, the ground is cursed because of you. All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it.

And he said to the man,“ Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ Do not eat from it’: The ground is cursed because of you. You will eat from it by means of painful labor all the days of your life.

Then to Adam He said,“ Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat from it’; Cursed is the ground because of you; With hard labor you shall eat from it All the days of your life.

Then to Adam He said,“ Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat of it’:“ Cursed is the ground for your sake; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in toil shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

And He said to Adam,“ Because you listened to your wife’s voice and ate from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ Do not eat from it’: The ground is cursed because of you. You will eat from it by means of painful labor all the days of your life.

And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed[ is] the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat[ of] it all the days of thy life;

But to Adam he said,“ Because you obeyed your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you,‘ You must not eat from it,’ cursed is the ground thanks to you; in painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.

To Adam he said,“ Because you have listened to your wife’s voice, and ate from the tree, about which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat of it,’ the ground is cursed for your sake. You will eat from it with much labor all the days of your life.

因為被造之物屈從在虛妄之下，並不是出於自願，而是出於使它屈從的那一位；被造之物自己也盼望著從使之衰朽的奴役中得到釋放，歸入神兒女榮耀的自由。我們知道，所有被造之物都一同呻吟、同受陣痛，直到如今。

給他起名為挪亞，說：「這兒子將安慰我們，使我們脫離我們的苦工和手中的辛苦——這是因為耶和華詛咒了這地。」

大地被其上的居民玷汙，因為他們違背律法，違犯律例，破壞永遠的約。因此詛咒吞噬大地，其上的居民必承受罪責；因此地上的居民被焚燒，只有少數人殘留下來。

人一切的勞苦和他心裡的追求，就是他在日光之下的勞碌所為，到底能為自己成就什麼呢？其實他一生的日子都是痛苦，他的事務都是煩惱，他的心甚至在夜間也不得安息。這也是虛空！

你們早早起來，遲遲安歇，吃勞苦得來的飯，也是枉然；要知道，耶和華必使他所愛的人安睡。

並且他一生的日子都在黑暗中吃喝，多有煩惱、疾病和怒氣。

女人見那棵樹的果實作為食物很好，又悅人眼目，並且因使人有智慧而令人喜愛，就摘下果實吃了，還給了與她在一起的丈夫，她丈夫也吃了。

我用心求問，以智慧探察在天下所做的一切，這些都是神加給世人極重的擔子，讓他們在其中操勞。我見過在日光之下所做的一切事，看哪，全是虛空，全是捕風！

於是我恨惡生命，因為在日光之下所做的事，對我都是悲苦。是的，全是虛空，全是捕風！

耶和華神吩咐那人說：「園子中各樣樹上的果實，你都可以隨意吃；只是分辨善惡樹上的果實，你不可吃，因為在吃的日子，你必定死。」

我們知道，律法上的一切話都是對律法之下的人講的，好堵住每個人的口，使全世界的人都在神的審判之下有罪，

「主人回答他，說：『你這又惡又懶的奴僕！你既然知道：不是我播種的地方，我收穫；不是我投放的地方，我收集，你就應該把我的銀子存到錢莊裡，這樣我回來的時候，可以連本帶利得回來。

「主人對他說：『你這惡奴！我要憑你的口定你的罪。你既然知道我是個嚴厲的人，不是我存放的，我提取；不是我播種的，我收穫，

「虛空的虛空，」傳道者說，「虛空的虛空，全都是虛空！」人一切的勞苦，就是他在日光之下的勞苦，對他有什麼益處呢？

要知道，悖逆如同占卜的罪，頑梗就像拜偶像的惡。你既然厭棄耶和華的話，耶和華也厭棄你作王。」掃羅對撒母耳說：「我犯罪了！我確實違背了耶和華的吩咐和你的話語。因為我怕軍兵，就聽了他們的話。

耶和華說：「誰告訴你，你是赤身的呢？難道你吃了我吩咐你『不可吃』的那棵樹的果實嗎？」

「那時王要回答他們，說：『我確實地告訴你們：你們沒有為我這些弟兄中最小的一個所做的事，也就是沒有為我做。』

我把這些事告訴了你們，好讓你們在我裡面有平安。在世上你們有患難，然而你們要鼓起勇氣！我已經勝過了這世界。」

但當我回顧我手所做的一切事，以及我勞苦所做的工，看哪，全是虛空，全是捕風！在日光之下毫無益處。

就對他說：『朋友，你進到這裡來怎麼沒有穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那個人啞口無言。

是的，我們因你的怒氣而滅亡，因你的怒火而惶恐。你把我們的罪孽擺在你面前，把我們隱藏的事擺在你的容光之中。我們一生的日子都在你的盛怒中消逝，我們度盡的歲月如同一聲嘆息。
