又孕生子、曰、我已生三子、夫今必與我聯合、故名之曰利未、利未譯即聯合之義

她又怀孕生子，起名叫利未，说：“我给丈夫生了三个儿子，他必与我联合。”

她又怀孕生子，说：“我给丈夫生了三个儿子，现在，这次他必亲近我了。”因此，雅各给他起名叫利未。

她又怀孕生子，说：“我给丈夫生了三个儿子，现在，这次他必亲近我了。”因此，雅各给他起名叫利未。

她又再度怀孕，生了一个儿子，就说：“这次我丈夫一定会依恋我，因为我给他生了三个儿子。”于是，他给孩子取名叫利未。

她又怀孕，生了一个儿子，就说：“这一次，我的丈夫要依恋我了，因为我已经给他生了三个儿子。”因此给孩子起名叫利未。

她又怀孕，生了一个儿子，就说：“这次我丈夫必与我结合，因为我为他生了三个儿子。”因此给这孩子起名为利未。

她又懷孕生子，起名叫利未，說：「我給丈夫生了三個兒子，他必與我聯合。」

Again she conceived, and when she gave birth to a son she said,“ Now at last my husband will become attached to me, because I have borne him three sons.” So he was named Levi.

She became pregnant again. She had a son. Then she said,“ Now at last my husband will value me. I have had three sons by him.” So the boy was named Levi.

Again she conceived and bore a son, and said,“ Now this time my husband will be attached to me, because I have borne him three sons.” Therefore his name was called Levi.

Then she became pregnant a third time and gave birth to another son. He was named Levi, for she said,“ Surely this time my husband will feel affection for me, since I have given him three sons!”

She conceived again, gave birth to a son, and said,“ At last, my husband will become attached to me because I have borne three sons for him.” Therefore he was named Levi.

And she conceived again and gave birth to a son, and said,“ Now this time my husband will become attached to me, because I have borne him three sons.” Therefore he was named Levi.

She conceived again and bore a son, and said,“ Now this time my husband will become attached to me, because I have borne him three sons.” Therefore his name was called Levi.

And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, Now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I have borne him three sons: therefore was his name called Levi.

She conceived again, gave birth to a son, and said,“ At last, my husband will become attached to me because I have borne three sons for him.” Therefore he was named Levi.

She became pregnant again and had another son. She said,“ Now this time my husband will show me affection, because I have given birth to three sons for him.” That is why he was named Levi.

摩西乃立於營門曰、凡歸主者可來就我、於是利未子孫、咸集就摩西、摩西謂之曰、以色列天主耶和華如是命曰、爾曹各繫刀於腰、在營中往來、從此門至彼門、拜犢者、無論兄弟朋友鄰里、盡殺之、利未人遵摩西所命而行、是日、民中死亡者約三千人、摩西謂利未人曰、爾能不顧己之子女兄弟、今日必得奉事主之職、並蒙主今日賜福於爾、○

西緬利未、兄弟相同、彼之刀劍、殘賊之器、我心不願與之同謀、我靈不欲與之共會、因其乘怒殺戮人、縱欲殘害牛、其怒烈可咒、其氣暴可詛、我必分之於雅各族、散之於以色列中、○

爾之兄弟、即屬爾祖家利未支派之人、可使之前來歸爾、役事爾、惟爾與爾子孫俱在法幕前供職、利未人當為爾供役、供全幕之役、惟不可近聖所之器與祭臺、恐彼等與爾曹同致死亡、利未人歸爾、守會幕中所當守者、供會幕一切役事、但外人毋近爾、

越三日、眾痛未痊、雅各二子底拿兄西緬利未、各持刃毅然入邑、殺其諸男、

論利未則曰、主之土明烏陵、付於敬主之虔誠人、昔在瑪撒、主嘗試之、在米利巴水、主嘗爭之、因遵主命、守主約、論及父母、亦能言我未見之、不認兄弟、不識子女、以主之法度教雅各、以主之律例誨以色列、焚香於主前、獻火焚祭在主之祭臺、

有利未族人娶利未之女、

利未之子、革順、哥轄、米拉利、

雅各共有十二子、長子流便、又有西緬、利未、猶大、以薩迦、西布倫、為利亞之子、
