Go at once to Paddan Aram, to the house of your mother’s father Bethuel. Take a wife for yourself there, from among the daughters of Laban, your mother’s brother.

Go at once to Paddan Aram. Go to the house of your mother’s father Bethuel. Find a wife for yourself there. Take her from among the daughters of your mother’s brother Laban.

Arise, go to Paddan-aram to the house of Bethuel your mother’s father, and take as your wife from there one of the daughters of Laban your mother’s brother.

Instead, go at once to Paddan aram, to the house of your grandfather Bethuel, and marry one of your uncle Laban’s daughters.

以撒娶利百加为妻的时候正四十岁。利百加是巴旦亚兰地的亚兰人彼土利的女儿，是亚兰人拉班的妹子。

从前雅各逃到亚兰地，以色列为得妻服侍人，为得妻与人放羊。

这是利亚在巴旦亚兰给雅各所生的儿子，还有女儿底拿。儿孙共有三十三人。

雅各从巴旦亚兰回来，神又向他显现，赐福与他，

你向仆人所施的一切慈爱和诚实，我一点也不配得；我先前只拿着我的杖过这约旦河，如今我却成了两队了。

拉班和彼土利回答说：“这事乃出于耶和华，我们不能向你说好说歹。

以撒打发雅各走了，他就往巴旦亚兰去，到亚兰人彼土利的儿子拉班那里。拉班是雅各、以扫的母舅。

这事以后，有人告诉亚伯拉罕说：“密迦给你兄弟拿鹤生了几个儿子，长子是乌斯，他的兄弟是布斯和亚兰的父亲基母利，并基薛、哈琐、必达、益拉、彼土利（彼土利生利百加）。”这八个人都是密迦给亚伯拉罕的兄弟拿鹤生的。

利百加有一个哥哥，名叫拉班，看见金环，又看见金镯在他妹子的手上，并听见他妹子利百加的话，说那人对我如此如此说。拉班就跑出来往井旁去，到那人跟前，见他仍站在骆驼旁边的井旁那里，

又带着他在巴旦亚兰所得的一切牲畜和财物，往迦南地、他父亲以撒那里去了。

话还没有说完，不料，利百加肩头上扛着水瓶出来。利百加是彼土利所生的；彼土利是亚伯拉罕兄弟拿鹤妻子密迦的儿子。那女子容貌极其俊美，还是处女，也未曾有人亲近她。她下到井旁，打满了瓶，又上来。仆人跑上前去迎着她，说：“求你将瓶里的水给我一点喝。”女子说：“我主请喝！”就急忙拿下瓶来，托在手上给他喝。女子给他喝了，就说：“我再为你的骆驼打水，叫骆驼也喝足。”她就急忙把瓶里的水倒在槽里，又跑到井旁打水，就为所有的骆驼打上水来。那人定睛看她，一句话也不说，要晓得耶和华赐他通达的道路没有。骆驼喝足了，那人就拿一个金环，重半舍客勒，两个金镯，重十舍客勒，给了那女子，说：“请告诉我，你是谁的女儿？你父亲家里有我们住宿的地方没有？”女子说：“我是密迦与拿鹤之子彼土利的女儿”；

那仆人从他主人的骆驼里取了十匹骆驼，并带些他主人各样的财物，起身往美索不达米亚去，到了拿鹤的城。
