Jacob woke up from his sleep. Then he thought,“ The Lord is surely in this place. And I didn’t even know it.”

雅各从睡眠中醒过来，说：“耶和华确实在这地方，我竟然不知道！”

雅各睡醒了，說：「耶和華真在這裏，我竟不知道！」

雅各一覺醒來，說：「耶和華居然在這裡，我卻不知道。」

雅各一覺醒來，說：“耶和華確實在這地方，我竟不知道！”

雅各睡醒了來，就說：『永恆主居然在這地方，我竟不知道啊！』

雅各從睡眠中醒過來，說：「耶和華確實在這地方，我竟然不知道！」

When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought,“ Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it.”

Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said,“ Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”

Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said,“ Surely the Lord is in this place, and I wasn’t even aware of it!”

When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he said,“ Surely the LORD is in this place, and I did not know it.”

Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said,“ The Lord is certainly in this place, and I did not know it!”

Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said,“ Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”

And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely Jehovah is in this place; and I knew it not.

When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he said,“ Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.”

And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew[ it] not.

Then Jacob woke up and thought,“ Surely the LORD is in this place, but I did not realize it!”

Jacob awakened out of his sleep, and he said,“ Surely Yahweh is in this place, and I didn’t know it.”

“ Do not come any closer,” God said.“ Take off your sandals. The place you are standing on is holy ground.”

The commander of the Lord’ s army replied,“ Take off your sandals. The place you are standing on is holy ground.” So Joshua took them off.

“ Lord, who among the gods is like you? Who is like you? You are majestic and holy. Your glory fills me with wonder. You do amazing things.

He speaks in one way and then another. But we do not even realize it.

How wonderful is God in his holy place! The God of Israel gives power and strength to his people. Give praise to God!

The Lord rules over all. So you must think about him as holy. You must have respect for him. You must fear him.

When he passes by me, I can’t see him. When he goes past me, I can’t recognize him.

The Lord called out to Samuel. Samuel answered,“ Here I am.”He ran over to Eli and said,“ Here I am. You called out to me.” But Eli said,“ I didn’t call you. Go back and lie down.” So he went and lay down.Again the Lord called out,“ Samuel!” Samuel got up and went to Eli. He said,“ Here I am. You called out to me.”“ My son,” Eli said,“ I didn’t call you. Go back and lie down.”Samuel didn’t know the Lord yet. That’s because the Lord still hadn’t given him a message.
